SURPRISE! THIS MEGACOLLAB IS CANCELLED!
Ok, now let me explain.
With GD's 10th anniversary comes a release date for the 2.2 update, and everyone are excited. However, after the announcement of the release date was Pennutoh announcing the cancellation of this megacollab. We all thought he was joking at first, considering what he's known for, but he was actually serious. The reason he doesn't want to continue this level past 2.2 is that he doesn't want this level to be mixed with 2.2 features, or in his own terms, "Phobos" it. Even with about 2 months before 2.2, there wasnt enough progress yet to actually push people to make progress with that time, even though almost all spots were taken. We suggested Pennutoh for the decorators to stick to 2.1, like a private server of some sorts, or just limit the decorators to 2.1 features, but he just denied it, probably because it could get too complicated or just want it to be a pure 2.1 level.
We were mostly disappointed with this announcement, but we got over it eventually. Though I do want to see how the full level currently looks like, and I actually have plans to do this way before GD's 10th anniversary, but it would just sit on my computer and update it with every progress made. After a while after the announcement, I remembered about this and decided to download every single latest progress that I can access. Editing took a while since I didn't found the right time to properly start editing.
One of the parts only has an image for progress, which is not too bad since it just appears for a split second. Some of them are private, possibly on Pennutoh's DMs, so I can't do anything with those. Most of the footage that is not the layout is taken from the finished-parts channel, all recorded by Pennutoh. The rest that is not recorded by him are uploaded to KZread and Twitter (or X, whatever you want to call it). The quality is not the best. Zephlin's part having frame rate issues possibly due to lag, MercuryDT's part is only available in 30fps because Twitter, and Exi0n's part being in a lower quality and an odd aspect ratio, possibly since it was recorded on mobile.
