this video does not need narration in English for the images of Carcar speak for themselves. My late wife's family lives in Tugas, Bolinawan, the best place to live or visit in Carcar, my 2nd home or my home away from home, for me anyway

to timjuul... actually this sugbo tv's program suroy suroy is intended exclusively for visayans, especially the people of cebu because the tv station itself is run, managed and maintained by the provincial government of cebu under gwen garcia, its governor. but anyway, don't you worry, for sure, very soon they will come up with a program with english subtitle.

CARCAR IS FAMOUS OF THE BEST AND THE GREATEST CHICHARON AND AMPAO IN THE WORLD. CHICHARON AS ALLEGED IS THE FAVORITE DISH OF GENERAL LEON S. KILAT.

I even do not know that there is an important things to see there. I always just pass this place before for am from the south.

Maybe English subtitel whould help to get your video´er to more people when they also understand what you tell, not all know Visaya/Cebuano....
