    I found your videos very useful, are very didactic and a great macro resume, very concise, of the approach to the critical care patient. I like the way you point to the camera, i feel like i am in the same room. as intensivist i think that is very formative for my residents. Thanks!!

    "Now this may be intimidating, but don't let it be intimidating. Let it wash all over you!" LOL! I'm going to hang onto that. I'm a 4th year medical student, and RTAs have always intimidated me! So funny.

    It should be neurogenic not spinal shock
