Mam kindly tell that this fasciovenous plane of patey is vertical or horizontal as it will clear my doubt about the place of parotid gland .?

Its faciovenous plane that is can be imagined as parasagital plane which is ofcourse vertical in that plane (not fasciovenous, its a mistake )
