Surgeon Struck by Lightning & Discovers the God Energy (Near-Death Experience)

Tony Cicoria shares the story of his Near-Death Experience, leaving his body after being Struck by Lightning in a phone booth during a family gathering on Sleepy Hollow Lake in New York. During his encounter on the Other Side, he traveled outside of his body into a river of pure positive energy and came to realize that his Spirit continues forever. Upon his return to his body, he began to hear classical music in his dreams and taught himself how to compose the music he heard on the piano. Tony shares how the Experience transformed his life and how his relationship with Death was changed forever.

I believed in God so much, I knew the only way to get proof would be to meet God in person. So in 1988 I took three hundred sleeping pills. I died. Was revived. I was in a coma for three days and three nights. I had my life flash. I had the dark tunnel. I saw the light. I didn't go to Heaven or Hell. I didn't meet angels or demons. I didn't see deceased family members. I didn't see Allah, or Yeshua, or Buddha, or Shiva, or Odin or Zeus or any God that ever existed in any religion. No Jesus. No St Peter. No holy spirit. Nothing like a JudgeSkyKingDaddy. Sorry. All religions are false. I did come back with a bright light inside me. I don't see that light inside any of you.

I truly believe he emits only truth and speaks from The Father; after his NDE he never placed the same value in the things he did before; only those things that were directly related to heavenly forces coming through him. My son had a similar experience and it’s sometimes still unbelievable to witness the miracle that has occurred in my son’s life and has been a true validating experience for me. There is now zero doubt in my mind that there is a higher power and He truly can make the impossible-possible and does so ..effortlessly..if we only let Him. 🙏🏼🩵

That type of grief is so absolutely overwhelming, it's very difficult for our brains to process. There are lots of great experts here on YT with videos that teach you how to better process your grief. And I especially like Dr. Caroline Leaf bc she has 40years of research backing up her work, & it is quite profound. There's hundreds of videos on her channel to choose from. And most importantly, remember God's promises, talk to Him everyday. If you don't remember His promises then crack open your Bible, or even Google them. He's on standby just waiting to hear from you, He wants to hear from you. I hope some of these options that helped me during my time of tremendous grief will be useful for your healing as well🤍

Just please understand that there is no heaven for us if we don't know Jesus Christ and believe in Him suffering the punishment for OUR sins, being buried, and arising on the third day! He is God who came in the flesh! He is the ONLY way to heaven, peace, joy, love, and salvation from eternal burning for forever and ever! Buddhists, Hindus, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Roman Catholics, Pagans, Satanists, Atheists, universalists, Wiccans, new agers, etc. (anyone outside of true Christianity where we just believe and trust in Jesus Christ and build a true relationship with Him as our Lord and Savior) will never and CAN never walk into the gates of heaven if they die in those beliefs and without a real relationship with Jesus! Satan knows that and that's why he has always been busy creating false religions and beliefs...in order to keep lost people lost and on their way to hellfire! I'm not being argumentative or mean. This is the MOST LOVING thing I can do for any person on this planet... tell them the truth about how we are all born sinners, are already on our way to hell, and how we can change our eternal destination to the one we all truly want to go to, heaven! Because we are all sinners, we are already on our way to hell. If you don't want that to change, just keep doing what you're already doing...NOTHING! But, if eternal happiness, peace, joy, rest, love, blessings and being a part of a family with God sounds good to you, you must come to salvation by believing in what Jesus did for you! That's why He came here and went through everything that HE did, because He loves each of us and wants to lose none of us to the eternal lake of fire! The Son of almighty GOD, Jesus Christ, who was born of a virgin and lived a perfect sinless life, died the horrific death of the cross taking the full wrath of His Father as punishment for OUR sins/crimes against God that WE DESERVED, was buried just like the scriptures said He'd be, and arose on the third day holding the keys to death and hell as KING of kings and LORD of lords! And the ONLY thing you have to do to be saved from eternal damnation is to truly believe that. That's it! There's NOTHING else that we must or can do in order to be saved! Jesus did it all. That's the one true sign of Christianity being the one true "religion," it's the ONLY religion where our God died for us and resurrected from the dead. It's also the ONLY religion that tells us that we can do nothing to help to save ourselves! Every other religion has "requirements" for getting into paradise/heaven: be a good person, help the poor, say your rosary (false idol), pray to your false god (Holy Mary, saints, angels, Buddha, satan, Mother earth, etc), give away all of your earthly possessions, go to church every week, etc. But, none of that stuff can help you to be saved! It's so sad to know there are so many lost in these religions and their traditions. We do godly things BECAUSE we are saved, not TO GET saved! It's why Jesus hates "religion" so much. People rely on these things except for believing in and relying on Him. And so, we must ask the good Lord Jesus to open our eyes and show us the truth. Then, we have to ask Him to save us whilst believing in what He did for us all on that cross. Then, you have to open a Bible and read it for yourselves! Do not blindly rely on any man to tell you what is inside of it or to interpret it for you because what if he is wrong, or if he was sent to you by satan in order to mislead you straight into hell? So, ask God to please help you to understand His word and then study it for yourself. When God sees that we have a love for the truth and truly want to know Him and what's going on, He will be there with us every step of the way. It's not only how we learn about who God is and what He wants for us, but who our enemy is and how we are to protect ourselves and those we care about! God says that His people perish for lack of knowledge! That means that we do not educate ourselves on what's truly going on in this world, especially the spiritual war going on all around us! How else are we to defend ourselves against our enemies? We learn about who they are and how they move and work! Look at war or even football games! One side looks at information about how the other side operates, and acts accordingly. So, please remember that. Be careful about all of the stories and teachings you run into out in this world! Some of them are true, while some of them aren't. How do we know which ones to believe? Open your Bible, Pray and ask God for discernment in finding out the truth. Compare everything you hear and read to God's word in the Bible! If ALL of that person's story matches what we learn in the Bible, great! But, if it has any elements, especially important ones, that do NOT match up...turn away from it and run! Like, if you see an NDE being told, and that person is going on and on about how the universe loves us, we don't need God to be saved, there's no such thing as hell, we don't need Jesus to go to heaven, we are ALL going to heaven, the aliens are our friends, etc. that person is lying! Maybe they truly had that experience, but it wasn't from God but from our enemy! Satan is the master counterfeiter, and his entire goal is to keep as many people lost and on our way to hell as possible! He HATES every one of us, even the sad ones who worship and follow him. He's called the father of lies in the Bible for a reason. So, if you aren't saved right now, please ask God to show you the truth and to save you! We only have until our last breath on this earth to choose Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior! If you die without being saved and knowing and believing in Him, you will lift up your eyes in hell! Just look up the videos where someone with your beliefs had a hell experience. Look at the Bible to see what God Himself teaches us about hell! You do not want to reject Jesus and the truth and go there! Please, ask God to help you. I'm praying for all of you.

Your testimony is incredibly important. Please share it. Id love to hear it. I was about 34 as well, stubborn as a bull. I asked God to reveal the truth finally after life long searching every corner. I'm not sure why he kept Christ hidden from me until then. He sent someone my way who very gently peeled back layers of lies I was fed. And God showed me the power we have through him, through surrender. Every question I'd ask he would always manage to lead me to the answer. No way it was coincidence. Christ lives today just as he did 2000 yrs ago and as he did in the beginning and as he will live in the end.

Alan Watts, a philosopher, once said that instead of people going to see a dying person in a hospital being all sad and somber and bringing the entire mood down, they should have a big banner that says "Congratulations, you're dying!" and party favors, snacks, and cocktails. He said it should be a celebration because we continue on a different and new, exciting journey. Alan was very educated in Far Eastern philosophy and beliefs. You should check him out.

These videos allow me to know death is our bodies, jouneys end. Not our spirit, I've watched and been with a person who is dying. If you look into that person's eyes just before they cross over, the eyes are soulless, and you see a cloud like form. But I know their soul is still in the room. It's like they don't realise at once they're gone. I actually felt them near the bed. But the feeling of peace when you wash their bodies and do what we do before they go on the trolley to the morgue. It's complete peace, I'm now not scared of death as I know I will be OK. I'm now retired from the district. But I feel honoured to have done my job for over 32 years. Nobody should ever die alone. So thank you for doing these videos you confirm what I already knew.

Years ago, about a week after my Mom passed, I was of course distraught. She suffered horribly from breast cancer. And in her last days on morphine, I prayed the Lord would take her soon to end her suffering. I had this profound and very real dream that I visited her in heaven. It was a very short and abrupt dream. I was walking on a sidewalk or path, she was in the front yard of a beautiful house. The colors of plants and trees were vibrant , and she was tending to some plants. She looked younger, I said " Mom?" she was about 20 yards away and we were separated by a fence. She turned to me and said with a concerned voice " what are you doing here "!? I said " I just wanted to know you are ok". She said , " you are not supposed to be here". Immediately after she said that , its as if I fell backwards off a cliff , and I kept falling from what felt like a very high cliff ,expecting to hit the ground...... Then, I felt my fall was being slowed into a completely plush pillow bed ( my actual bed is not )that was extremely thick and soft . I opened my eyes laying on my back in bed ,which i never sleep or wake up on my back. I said wow ! and I mourned for her no longer. But I know .... I ,was , there. Praise the Lord.🙏

My mother had died at Loma Linda Hospital, California while I was living in Spain studying music. 2 weeks after her death, I went to Madrid to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I died from anaphylactic shock and was gone for 4 minutes. In that time, I visited my mother in a similar setting as you have described. Tony's story resonates with me as truth. In 1966, my death came as an inevitable thing when I realized my bicycle was out of control, no brakes, nothing left to do but smash into a rock retaining wall and moving at such a high rate of speed that there could be no other outcome. I was going to die and I knew it. There is so much more to life than this solid ground under our feet. We continue on, feel the overwhelming love of God and experience so much heavenly beauty that the mind can hardly take it all in. I was only 14 years old when it happened and I'm 71 now. I came back driven to do ambulance work and, oddly, to play wind instruments. And always, I wanted to simply go back home and walk with God in the garden and listen again to the symphony of millions of bright souls, connected to the entire universe of creation, praising God in song for his boundless love for each one of us.

@charlottepayne1918 Charlotte, my heart goes out to you and what you're going through. My mom died of pancreatic cancer and she passed in a peaceful and loving way with me at her side. I will remember you in my prayers and want to let you know that there is nothing to fear. I used to be so afraid of dying, before my NDE. I was raised Catholic, but believed that we would just become nothing but atoms in the cold darkness of space, all alone. I would shudder at the thought and try not to think about it. Now, I realize that the God of The Holy Bible is true and very real. You know how it is, by age 70, you realize that there has to be more about this universe than our fears. At 71, I am physically falling apart, but there is only assurance in my soul that my life meant something as God shaped it, good and bad, and have come to terms with eternity. In our life experiences, it all becomes very clear that God has allowed us to live this long because we need to look back on life as all the experiences come together where you cannot deny the existence of a loving Christ who really did give His life for us, simply so we could live in eternity with Him in the most beautiful place you can ever imagine. What I experienced was more real than our life on earth. Our Father's house is a place of crystalline beauty. A gigantic crystal clear gem of a building reaching high and deep into the sky. There was a beautiful green alpine meadow at the entrance, below was a deep craggy valley very similar to what you see on a road trip along the heights of the North Cascade Highway in Washington State where I live now. Every blade of grass in that meadow glowed with the light of life. The air was warm, golden. You could feel the presence of God and the warmth of His love. I still vividly remember rising up from my body after the crash. I distinctly remember saying, "Angels!!!" when I heard the singing as I floated among the oak groves of home. I was up in the trees floating among the birds of the southern California hills. They hardly seemed to notice me floating by. I felt an opening above me and drifted upward to a chorus of what had to be millions of voices singing with such great joy that the gorgeous melody filled my heart to the breaking point. Shortly after, I just rose up to the meadow, like an elevator rising up to deliver me to the House of the Lord. As I stood there, I turned to see where the beautiful music was coming from, that's when I saw the enormous building. It looked like a city built from pure diamond, huge crystal plates like gigantic windows. It did literally look like a gemstone with gigantic facets. Inside were the singers, not angels afterall, but the brilliant souls of humanity in all its heavenly glory. Their song was of joyful praise to God, the melody so beautiful, I still hear a choir and it brings me to tears in remembrance. I no longer fear the end of "life." What is waiting for us, if we will only believe in the saving grace of Jesus Christ, is more wonderful than any of us can imagine. This is pure love beyond anything we have ever experienced. I truly hope these words resonate with you as real and true. I know what you are going through is scary and life shattering. If you haven't turned to Jesus already, it's never too late. I still find the words of Christ in the Gospel According to John to be most comforting, All these many years, decades later, all I want to do is experience the direct warmth of God's love again and to walk in the garden with my beloved Jesus Christ. I want to thank the Holy Spirit for changing my life and sing in unbridled joy with all my brothers and sisters through eternity. God bless you, Charlotte. May you have peace in knowing that God is real and He has a place for you where you will experience the joy of His creation. -Victor.

What an amazing experience this doctor had! In August of 2005, my 15 yr old son was in an accident and suffered a catastrophic brain injury - his neurosurgeon gave him a 10% chance of survival. If he lived they said he'd be in a vegetative state. My son defied every negative prognosis- when ha awakened from the coma he confided that he'd died and that Heaven is Full of Love. I've often wondered if he chose to return or was given no choice. At the time of his accident he was an amazing athlete and his dream was to play football professionally...but.now he is a full time Artist - something he had no interest in before the accident. His spiritual experience has been the most powerful part of his restoration !

One of my best friends passed about 10 years ago, she was only early 50’s. But they kept her heart & lungs going all week at the hospital on life support. Her daughters were all early - mid twenties & one asked me to come talk to her mom “to wake her up” as soon as I walked into the hospital room I knew she was gone. I felt? Sensed ? Heard Sandy standing beside her own body, she was happy, she was with her husband who had passed away years earlier. I didn’t know how to tell her daughter her mom was not in a coma but she was with your DAD. she is so happy to be with him but she is worried about all of you (her girls) the hospital arranged organ donations when they unplugged her life support. Someone got her eyes. A young mother who was dying got her lungs. And we’ll, she donated 5 organs! Cuz Sandy was like that. Rip

The night before my mother died I was sitting beside her, brushing her hair and there came a magnificent golden light that enveloped her. I knew she was leaving, I was seeing her soul, and I told her "it's alright mom, don't be afraid, you're already home". She died a few hours later and I didn't even feel sorrow, I felt such a peace and knowing that I had been shown her 'higher self', her soul ascending, and I felt happy that her demented mind was free of the old carcass. I myself had an NED and there is just such peace in knowing we're here, do our best, and we can go home. But I really do grieve the fact that I can't take my handmade knitting needles with me.

Thank you for telling your story in such an eloquent, clear and expressive way. I was a hospice nurse in 2012. My younger brother passed away at the age of 47 after being diagnosed with a rare, inoperable cancer. He was buried on a Sunday and I went back to work on Tuesday. I was taking care of a woman who hadn't spoken in weeks, her death was impending. I work the night shift, and at 2am she clearly and loudly said; "Your brother is here". My patient did not know I had a brother who was sick, or had passed away the Thursday before. I would have thought I was hearing things, but her daughter who was a nurse practitioner was awake in her bedroom and heard her mother speak. She was a deeply religious woman. I'll never forget that night. I didn't see or feel anything, but I like to think Dave was just checking on me ❤. I enjoyed your piano playing, you're very talented 😊 God bless you 🙏 Susan

I met this doctor when I went to a recital of his classical piano music, one evening at SUNY-Oneonta in Oneonta, NY - and, after hearing his story & his beautiful classical music - performed on piano - I was totally blown away, very impressed & not only because the music was beautiful (much like Mozart whom I adore) but because it felt (in my own soul) to be inspired by God! I felt this so strongly, that I had to stop & wait after the performance finished, to meet this doctor. I did - and shook his hand, & asked him "Was he inspired by God?' and he confirmed to me that yes, he was - this indeed was a supernatural experience with God. ** I am so glad that by chance, *once again, I find this doctor speaking about this amazing, true story - it is for the glory of God ! The CREATOR OF ALL things has shown us what He (GOD, YESHUA, YAHWEH)) can do in each of our lives -- if we allow Him!!! Please, ALLOW HIM (GOD) into your life!! You will NOT regret it. DO IT NOW!! And thank Him - because You won't regret it!

Tony I believe your experience 💯. My sister died last October, I took it incredibly hard. For months I questioned everything even though I have deep, deep faith in God and heaven. One night while in a deep sleep I believe I died, and experienced EXACTLY what you did, felt that love and undescribable peace, traveling through darkness but seeing lights around me, there are no words to express that feeling I'd had. But I knew I was free. I woke at 3:15 in the morning, not wanting to be here but knew I must. That next day someone neither my sister or I had ever met came up to me and said " that was your sister last night, she wanted to show you what's she's feeling, where she's at, that she's happy. " time to let her go you'll see her again...I never saw that young woman again, she didn't know either of us. Then 7 years later I came across a random dude in Reddit talking about the same exact stuff I saw in grace detail, followed by the intense vibrations that the soul often experiences when it leaves the body (like electricity but it lasted me a week before finally dissipating) . I finally got my validation. Or, you can just chop that up to an insane coincidence because that’s what makes you feel better. But you go ahead and tell yourself what you need to in order to feel safe. Im not joking- you might wanna evaluate why it triggers you this badly. Be well.

This lovely man just explained the whole perspective of Hinduism on the soul experience. The body is a costume, we are nor our body nor mind, but a third (turiya), the body may die but the soul does not, the soul wears multiple costumes (reincarnation) to experience in multiple lifetimes what it can never experience in just one lifetime as a human or otherwise (animal), the soul can leave the body even during life (astral projection) and not just upon death, Brahman (God) is a white, loving light from which we were created, all the heavenly beings who serve it and maintain the universe (what westerners think are our 'gods and goddesses'), whose love vibrates as a sound similar to 'om', and where we will return hence why we wear white at funerals to represent the afterlife, etc. Absolutely beautiful and how blessed is he to have experienced this. I am sure the fear about death and the beyond is significantly lessened having had this experience.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you are managing today. I can tell you that I left my body unexpectedly once about 5 minutes into meditation. I only know the timing because it was a guided meditation and I recall where it was at when it happened and I checked the time stamp later on. Anyway, what I found fascinating is that I went deep into what we call the gap between thoughts and I came back to awareness outside of my body. It’s like I blinked and went offline, then came right back on- but was no longer here. From the hundreds of other out of body experiences I’ve listened to, it’s exactly the same for everyone else. There is no death. Just… we were there and now we are here. And sometimes it happens SO seamlessly that we don’t even realize we died. So they’re definitely okay, and together, and also they it’s you at all times. The other side is merely another dimension above our 3D reality. Just like we can observe 1D and 2D, they can observe us and be right next to us but we can rarely perceive them because we are limited to 3D. Only a select few are able to detect the higher dimensions. Anyway, please know that they’re always checking in on you and anytime you think of them it literally creates what one might call… a portal and they’re instantly by your side. ❤

I'm praying for all of you.

i died a bunch of times. you feel great! you disperse into colored energy. beautiful. i am excited for that. zero fear of death now. when you die its like you have found every missing thing you were searching for on earth. all the holes in your heart healed. simply amazing. you are so happy you dont want to come back. fear not, death is beautiful.

This has been one of my favorite NDE's yet. He didn't get the chance to travel that far but was enough to show him what is important and how he can impact others. I loved his peacefulness, got me emotional ❤. Blessings 🙏🏻

The fact that he mentions the "off-site place we can communicate with" gave me goosebumps because I've read about it in books on transcendental meditation, he's accurately describing what it's like to transcend our physical form and rejoining the universal consciousness and being able to access enormous amounts of information. He's also talking about evolving our physical selves into higher spiritual forms through positive actions, there is so much to learn from this, this is a superb video thanks for sharing 👍 😊

He's right... if people could have these experiences before they die, it would vastly change perceptions. Makes me realize how fortunate I am to have gone through 2 NDE's, both of which not only radically changed my perceptions of human life and death, but gave me a higher understanding of what God is and my relationship to Him.

Serious question... would you think that God will "judge" our souls? Will all make it too the everlasting peace? Is there something after everlasting peace? Would things matter in this life regarding how we treated others and did things

This is a beautiful testimony from a man of SCIENCE ! Thankfully God has shown me his existence since I was a little girl but to those who don’t believe… his story. his description. His whole demeanor says it all . The love God gives is beyond an explanation, love him and trust in him and everything in life I PROMISE will be okey .

I am a spiritual person and have felt Gods presence since a very young child with a narcissistic mother. God and the angels were with me my entire life. It has been a violent ride at times but Gods love brought me through it. Mary and the Ave Maria have played a major role in my life. I guess I am fortunate to walk with this knowledge throughout my life that you learned through this ND experience.whenever I have been in crisis in my life no matter where I am, the Ave Marie will be played over a PA ststem. The knowledge you have been given tells me you have been chosen to share this. Music is the voice of the soul. I cant thank you enough for being brave enough to share this. My dad was a chemist and the things he shared with me the days he was dying confirms everthing you have said.

I’m so thankful for running into this video accidentally as I’m trying to sleep before work.. I’ve been alittle stressed the past 2 weeks with finding out suddenly anemic and having symptoms of a specific type of cancer. I Still have several tests to go but the symptoms line up with a later stage and don’t look good. I miss my husband and Mom and with this story just helped me feel far less nervous and stressed out about possibly dying. It really doesn’t scare me to die, it’s the potential suffering first that gets me, but nice to know I have something to look forward to. Thank you for your story💕☮️🕊️
