Hi. Which temperature did you set the oven at and how long did you cook it for? Also, which oil did you use for the banana? What did you do with the fish head?

@madgooner ,Thank you for visiting my channel. we actually don't use temperature.. just relying on very old fashion way :-) . for the banana, most of the time I use sunflower oil. and for the fish head, it alway goes to fish soup :-)

It is just salt and some simple dried rub/herb that you are putting together n the fillets?

@Gavin Bott , thank you for your comments. Yes, its just sea salt & pepper. We put sallt rightaway to the fillet not only to add taste but to preserved from germs pepper is just an additional mild flavour :-)

@@daethedeva8055 i know this may be long but im from american samoa and we grew up eating and spearfish a bunch of these for food on a regular basis. It doesnt have a numbing effect, but when fried, super amazing if you sautéed onions and garlic with it

you are using the knives incorrectly. Seek some guidance with those; or you might lose a finger or two. you are wasting such beautiful expensive japanese knives. tsk tsk.

I really appreciate your concern Sir. Thank you for your advice. Just so you know at the age of 8, I actually owned a 14inches custom made single beveled machete ( “Sundang” we called in Samar, 🇵🇭) which always tied on my waist whenever we go to “Bukid” jungle farm or “Dagat” for fishing and one of my past time is to sharpen it all the time with “Kamanga” natural stone sharpener. sorry it brought me back to my childhood :-)
