I did report it right after the update. German brawlstars support is kinda brainless.
Bro in star park u will have any brawlers instant super after getting killed so use it in match
It might be doing that because of the stage name changes, if you go look into surge’s super description, it describes stage 2 as stage 1, stage 3 as 2 and stage 4 as 3. Idk why they changed that, but they changed the star power desciption too and for some reason it doesnt work

Weirdly enough in the battle at the end the stage 1 surge actually has the stage 2 speed for some reason. Curious to see if upgrading again would give him stage 3
