Going for a silver medal in constant weight no fins discipline, Marianna completes the dive to -63 meters without fins, but experience strong hypoxia during last meters of her assent and required assistance on the surface. Luckily the safety team worked it out well and she regained consciousness very quickly without the need of a rescue breath. She was passed onto the medical team for oxygen treatment. Same day Marianna was feeling fine.
