Ee badha kahavato pahela ni hati. Have to Surat nu jaman etle badha ma j gand sari karvi. Patthar nu saak bhai aa shu. I don’t like surati food no authenticity now.

@@RatVsar I wish they make great food. But they put every masala’s in their food. For example, in Chaas ( butter milk ) they put green chilly, garlic, ginger.. looks like invitation for stomach burn. Need to use less masala’s. I personally don’t like any Surati food.. look at Khochadi they make.. freaking full of spices.. but well my opinion only.

I love Gujarati food. Very good balance of spicy, sour and sweet. Amazing pickles and snacks too. Love the patra, khaman dhokla, and undhiyu.

People go by just the rating on food shows/youtube videos. There practically is no specific rating system. You try 10 different kind of tea around the nation, and then try to rate them according to your preference. Of course, your taste buds are not same as mine. Hope you get the point.
