Islam is simply about stop worshipping the creations and worship only the creator. The arabic name for the creator is Allah. Allah is not muslim God but simply the name for the creator of all that exists. To God, you can attach God father, God mother, God son etc in english grammar. But nothing can be added to the word Allah in arabic. So muslims call the God with the name Allah. Muslim means one who submits his will to the one creator of all that exists. Just close your eyes and think who made your dress you are wearing now. You will laugh if I say that dress came on its own. If a simple dress cannot come on its own, how can you and your body come on its own. Somebody must have made you because you are several million times more sophisticated in design than your dress. The one who made you, me and all that exists is God and he alone deserves to be worshipped. A bus cannot have 2 drivers and a country cannot have 2 presidents. So, the world and the universe cannot have more than one God. This one God is alone worthy of worship. There are only 2 things. One is the creator and the rest are creations. Islam says to worship only the creator and never the creations. God sent several messengers from the beginning of the first generation and to all the generations to tell this monotheism fact , the purpose of life, that this life is a test and all human beings will be questioned on the day of judgement, then to paradise and hell fire. The messengers start with Adam, and includes Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, many others, Jesus and finally Muhammad. The final testament is Quran and the final messenger is Muhammad. Please read the english translation of the Quran and you all will know what I am talking about.

If you want to understand this, then you can read it in English text as qura'n Sharif in English translation. For better understanding

i am not a muslim... tho parents don't know but i love learning more about islam and having very good friends who r muslims, they r teaching me about islam, idk i just find islam so peaceful... and btw, u have a really good voice bhaiya.. and nowadays i do yoga listening to this... helps me relax a lot and keeps me calm and in peace...

1. سُبْحَانَاللّهِوَبِحَمْدِهِ- SubhanAllah wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him). And its seedlings are SubhanAllah, walhamdulilah, wa la ilaha ilAllah, waAllahu Akbar (the above).’” [at-Tirmidhi] 7. الْحَمْدُللّهِ- Alhamdulilah (All Praise is for Allah) - Verily the best supplication is (above). [Sahih Muslim; #4:2073] 12. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah) 8. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah) Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said:"When a servant of Allah utters the words la ilaha illallah (there is no God except Allah) sincerely, the doors of heaven open up for these words until they reach the Throne of Allah, so long as its utterer keeps away from the major sins.” [at-Tirmidhi] 9. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُوَحْدَهُلاشَرِيكَلَهُ،لَهُالْمُلْكُوَلَهُالْحَمْدُوَهُوَعَلَىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيرٌ- La illaha ilAllahu, waHdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul Mulku, wa lahul Hamd, wa Huwa ala kulli shaiy'in Qadeer (There is No God But Allah Alone, who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the raise, and He is Able to do all things) Whoever says the above ten times, will have the reward for freeing four slaves from the Children of Isma'il . [Sahih al-Bukhari; 7:67, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] Whoever says the above one Hundred times, has the reward of freeing ten slaves, a hundred good deeds are recorded for him and a hundred bad deeds are wiped away and he has gained refuge from the devil that day until evening and none shall come with anything better except someone who has done more.[Sahih al-Bukhari; #4:95, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] 10. أَسْتَغْفِرُاللَّهَالْعَظِيمَالَّذِيلاَإِلَهَإِلاَّهُوَالْحَيُّالْْقَيُّومُوَأَتُوبُإِلَيْه- Astaghfirullah al-'Adheemal-ladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu ilaih (I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy except Him, the Living, The Eternal, and I repent unto Him) Whoever says the above words, Allah will forgive him even if he deserted the army's ranks.[Abu Dawud 2:85, at-Tirmidhi 5:569] 11. اللَّهُمَّأَنْتَرَبِّىلاَإِلهَإِلاَأَنْتَ،خَلَقْتَنِىوَأنَاعَبْدُكَوَأنَاعَلَىعَهْدِكَمااسْتَطَعْتُ،أعُوذُبِكَمِنْشَرِمَاصَنَعْت،أَبُوءُلَكَبِنِعْمَتِكَعَلَىَّوَأبُوءُبِذَنْبىفَاغْفِرْلِىفإِنَّهُلاَيَغْفِرُالذُّنُوبَإِلَّاأَنْتَ- Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana 'ala ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, A'udhu bika min Sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u Laka bini'matika 'alaiya, wa Abu Laka bidhanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta (O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.) The above du'a is known as the Sayyid al-Istighfar and is the most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah. Whoever says it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari 8, 75 @/318] If someone implements ten verses of the Qur'an, He/She will not be considerate amongst the negligent on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] If someone implements one hundred verses of the Qur'an, He/She will be considered among the obedient on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] Please save this and share to as many people as you can. Everytime they recite just once, in shaa Allah you will also get the reward. Everytime you remember ALLAH (SubahanAllah wa tala), he will remember you

Blessed be He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things hath Power; He Who created Death and Life, that He may try which of you is best in deed: and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving;- He Who created the seven heavens one above another: No want of proportion wilt thou see in the Creation of (Allah) Most Gracious. So turn thy vision again: seest thou any flaw? Again turn thy vision a second time: (thy) vision will come back to thee dull and discomfited, in a state worn out. And we have, (from of old), adorned the lowest heaven with Lamps, and We have made such (Lamps) (as) missiles to drive away the Evil Ones, and have prepared for them the Penalty of the Blazing Fire. For those who reject their Lord (and Cherisher) is the Penalty of Hell: and evil is (such), Destination. When they are cast therein, they will hear the (terrible) drawing in of its breath even as it blazes forth, Almost bursting with fury: Every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you?" They will say: "Yes indeed; a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, �Allah never sent down any (Message): ye are nothing but an egregious delusion!�" They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!" They will then confess their sins: but far will be (Forgiveness) from the Companions of the Blazing Fire! As for those who fear their Lord unseen, for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward. And whether ye hide your word or publish it, He certainly has (full) knowledge, of the secrets of (all) hearts. Should He not know,- He that created? and He is the One that understands the finest mysteries (and) is well-acquainted (with them). It is He Who has made the earth manageable for you, so traverse ye through its tracts and enjoy of the Sustenance which He furnishes: but unto Him is the Resurrection. Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)? Or do ye feel secure that He Who is in Heaven will not send against you a violent tornado (with showers of stones), so that ye shall know how (terrible) was My warning? But indeed men before them rejected (My warning): then how (terrible) was My rejection (of them)? Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them in? None can uphold them except (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly it is He that watches over all things. Nay, who is there that can help you, (even as) an army, besides (Allah) Most Merciful? In nothing but delusion are the Unbelievers. Or who is there that can provide you with Sustenance if He were to withhold His provision? Nay, they obstinately persist in insolent impiety and flight (from the Truth). Is then one who walks headlong, with his face grovelling, better guided,- or one who walks evenly on a Straight Way? Say: "It is He Who has created you (and made you grow), and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give. Say: "It is He Who has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered together." They ask: When will this promise be (fulfilled)? - If ye are telling the truth. Say: "As to the knowledge of the time, it is with Allah alone: I am (sent) only to warn plainly in public." At length, when they see it close at hand, grieved will be the faces of the Unbelievers, and it will be said (to them): "This is (the promise fulfilled), which ye were calling for!" Say: "See ye?- If Allah were to destroy me, and those with me, or if He bestows His Mercy on us,- yet who can deliver the Unbelievers from a grievous Penalty?" Say: "He is (Allah) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error." Say: "See ye?- If your stream be some morning lost (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water?"

And as for the one who recites it with difficulty, stammering or stumbling through its verses, then he will have twice that reward. How beautiful is that, Subhan'Allah.

[Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:67, Sahih Muslim, #4:2071] 3. سُبْحَانَاللّهِ- SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah) Whoever recites [the above] one Hundred times, a thousand good deeds are recorded for him or a thousand bad deeds are wiped away.[Sahih Muslim; #4:2073.] 4. لاحَوْلَوَلاقُوَّةَاِلَّابِاللّهِ- La Hawla wa la Quwatta illa Billah (There is no Might or Power except with Allah) [the above is] a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari; al-Fath al-Bari #11:213, Sahih Muslim #4:2076] 5.. سُبْحَانَاللّهِ،والْحَمْدُللّهِ،وَلااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ،وَاللّهُاَكْبَرُ- SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest) The above are mentioned as the four most beloved words to Allah. It does not matter with which one of them is begun.[Sahih Muslim; #3:1685] 6. سُبْحَانَاللّهِ،والْحَمْدُللّهِ،وَلااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ،وَاللّهُاَكْبَرُ،وَلاحَوْلَوَلاقُوَّةَاِلَّابِاللّهِ- SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllah, waAllahu Akbar, wa la Hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, There is no might or any power Except with Allah) Abd Allah ibn Mas'ud reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said: "During the Night Journey I met Ibrahim (alayhis salam) who said to me: ‘O Muhammad, convey my greetings to your Community, and tell them that the Paradise is of pure land, its water is sweet, and its expanse is vast, spacious and even. And its seedlings are SubhanAllah, walhamdulilah, wa la ilaha ilAllah, waAllahu Akbar (the above).’” [at-Tirmidhi] 7. الْحَمْدُللّهِ- Alhamdulilah (All Praise is for Allah) - Verily the best supplication is (above). [Sahih Muslim; #4:2073] 12. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah) 8. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah) Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said:"When a servant of Allah utters the words la ilaha illallah (there is no God except Allah) sincerely, the doors of heaven open up for these words until they reach the Throne of Allah, so long as its utterer keeps away from the major sins.” [at-Tirmidhi] 9. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُوَحْدَهُلاشَرِيكَلَهُ،لَهُالْمُلْكُوَلَهُالْحَمْدُوَهُوَعَلَىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيرٌ- La illaha ilAllahu, waHdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul Mulku, wa lahul Hamd, wa Huwa ala kulli shaiy'in Qadeer (There is No God But Allah Alone, who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the raise, and He is Able to do all things) Whoever says the above ten times, will have the reward for freeing four slaves from the Children of Isma'il . [Sahih al-Bukhari; 7:67, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] Whoever says the above one Hundred times, has the reward of freeing ten slaves, a hundred good deeds are recorded for him and a hundred bad deeds are wiped away and he has gained refuge from the devil that day until evening and none shall come with anything better except someone who has done more.[Sahih al-Bukhari; #4:95, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] 10. أَسْتَغْفِرُاللَّهَالْعَظِيمَالَّذِيلاَإِلَهَإِلاَّهُوَالْحَيُّالْْقَيُّومُوَأَتُوبُإِلَيْه- Astaghfirullah al-'Adheemal-ladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu ilaih (I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy except Him, the Living, The Eternal, and I repent unto Him) Whoever says the above words, Allah will forgive him even if he deserted the army's ranks.[Abu Dawud 2:85, at-Tirmidhi 5:569] 11. اللَّهُمَّأَنْتَرَبِّىلاَإِلهَإِلاَأَنْتَ،خَلَقْتَنِىوَأنَاعَبْدُكَوَأنَاعَلَىعَهْدِكَمااسْتَطَعْتُ،أعُوذُبِكَمِنْشَرِمَاصَنَعْت،أَبُوءُلَكَبِنِعْمَتِكَعَلَىَّوَأبُوءُبِذَنْبىفَاغْفِرْلِىفإِنَّهُلاَيَغْفِرُالذُّنُوبَإِلَّاأَنْتَ- Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana 'ala ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, A'udhu bika min Sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u Laka bini'matika 'alaiya, wa Abu Laka bidhanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta (O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.) The above du'a is known as the Sayyid al-Istighfar and is the most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah. Whoever says it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari 8, 75 @/318] If someone implements ten verses of the Qur'an, He/She will not be considerate amongst the negligent on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] If someone implements one hundred verses of the Qur'an, He/She will be considered among the obedient on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] Please save this and share to as many people as you can. Everytime they recite just once, in shaa Allah you will also get the reward. Everytime you remember ALLAH (SubahanAllah wa tala), he will remember you

subhanallah i have never heard a recitation so beautiful. i've grown up hearing my dad play imams reciting surahs all the time, but i have before in my life appreciated the art of recitation before. this is the first time i realized how beautiful and calming the melodious recitations are combined with the eloquent beauty of the arabic language and i literally just started sobbing a couple minutes into another one of your recitation videos. this is the second one i'm watching and i still can't stop crying aha. what's really making it give me goosebumps is the fact that i somewhat understand what you're saying since i've been working on understanding quranic arabic for about a year now and just all of this together brought me over in emotions. mashallah. may allah bless you, thank you for this.

The crying is a result of the feeling sakinah (mercy). Allah has described the feeling in surah fattah when you listen to quran. The tears while listening to quran soften your heart and extinguish sins.

Honestly I was having a stressful day until I saw this video this may be one of the best 8 minutes ever

Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas: “One of the companions of the Prophet (PBUH) pitched a tent on a grave without knowing that it was a grave. Suddenly he heard a person from the grave reciting Surah Al Mulk till he completed it. So he went to the Prophet (PBUH) and said: ‘Oh Messenger of Allah, I pitched my tent on a grave without realizing that it was a grave. Then Suddenly I heard a person from the grave reciting Surah Al Mulk till he completed it.’ The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: ‘It is the defender; it is the deliverer- it delivers from the punishment of the grave.’”

You should start a podcast or something. It would be definitely worth it. I can actually spend my time listening to this rather than other songss ❤️❤️

21th Ramadan and I hear it by fall asleep... 🤍🌙

This recitation is hands down the most beautiful I’ve ever heard. Listening to this gives me so much comfort and peace Wallahi it’s indescribable. I found this during Ramadan and I’ve been listening to this every night before I fall asleep and it’s just so soothing and peaceful that it has brought me to tears many times. There is really nothing else like completely letting go of everything and just listen to Allah swt’s beautiful words. May Allah bless you for this recitation brother. I hope you will cover more of the Quran with your beautiful voice In Shaa Allâh.

I had learnt this surah Alhamdulillah but cannot recite as beautifully as yours

Assalamualaikum Yusuf, I was on KZread searching for a tajweed rule and as I was scrolling looking for a video I was like "yo wait a sec is that Yusuf? Na no wa- *looks at channel name* " I didn't know you were a reciter on KZread that's amazing mashallah to see you in the same search results as like Mishary Alafasy. Keep it up I'ma sub because only other time I get to hear you recite is in the masjid lol so I'm glad this found me

Subhanallah may Allah guide us all to read Qur'an in a correct way and help us understand it ✨ mashallahhh the tajweed was on point 💯
