Sometimes theres meaning that more deep in arabic then in other language but overall its same. Maybe you can learn tafsir Al-Qur'an and doing tadabbur if you want to know the deeper meaning.

Ayah 34 @ 7:50 possible incorrect recitation if this is Hafs. Should be recited as Qawlal Haqq not Qaalal haq otherwise meaning changes. Please can someone bring this to the attention of the reciter. Another person with knowledge of the language, scripture and different recitations please confirm incase I’m mistaken. جزاكم الله خير ذَلِكَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ قَوْلَ الْحَقِّ الَّذِي فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ
