I’m glad I ran into your channel. I’m 80 years old and I thought any problems I had were related to my age but you are having a few of the same problems. I have the same set up. BAC 4000(E MotoBros) 72 Volt Chi Battery- Gladiator 38 AH. So far I’ve had it a little over 60 mph. Break Pad upgrade, 17” Super Moto wheels and tires.

Been waiting a long time for this one!!! Stoked!!

I got the same set up, after couple rides I realized it way safer to take off the lid completely and use a strap to hold it down. I got Velcro straps and foam to make sure it dosnt bounce around…. The cables aren’t bending anymore and it’s been about 400 miles with no problems!

Yeah bro so for the egg rider you have to get a new one it’s a problem with the Bluetooth module in it mine had the same issue

Now we need a 72 max review

my man I have a bac4k with bypassed 60v battery just got a 72v battery I'm cool with keeping my tune but how do switch the egg rider to 72v trying to use this battery

Does the battery itself have 2 or 4 prongs inside? I know the charger has only 2

Worth more keeping imo

Adjust your throttle delay that should help with late throttle response. Goes by milliseconds so the lower it is the more sensitive throttle gets. 50-100 milliseconds is a good range. Start at 100 then find your sweet spot.

How do you adjust the throttle delay? I’m running into this same issue with the throttle lagging at first.

At metro motorcycles near Appleton, that’s the only dealer in WI, I drove all the way from Minneapolis to get mine there.

Do you have any regrets as far as going with the compact vs the 51Ah “max” ? I’m on the fence cause the max has more range but it’s huge!

@@zimbronrons it’s good, I’m still trying to figure out how far exactly but I weigh a lot I’m at 265lbs and got 30 miles with 30% left cruising pretty fast 50mph lol 😂 in eco mode It tops out at like 70-8mph with super moto 17” and 54t sprocket I’m switching to a 48t

Id personally go with a controller first as long as its one that lets you do everything you need to switch to 72v in the app without you having to contact the people you got it from, also can give your bike a nice top speed boost without any other mods!
