In upgrade path, which is the best? Specifically about the connection wires

You can buy the x160 and get some of the Sur Ron upgrades like a bigger controller and battery and make the x160 just as fast, if not faster, than a stock Sur Ron plus you can get all kinds of other parts like forks and stuff that people sell off their Sur Rons when they upgrade so there's a lot of parts available.... The best part is that the x160 comes w/ 17" rims that you can get street tires for to make it into an electric supermoto bike. 😍❤️😁

Nope, it's not the same motor, the sur ron youth or segway 160 have a smaller motor

Btw stock surrons don’t come with protaper handlebars shown in vid

Are the frames, themselves, on the Sur Ron/X260 larger than the frame on the X160? Or is the height difference made up by the larger wheels, fork, suspension?

Im a small kid, abt 120 lbs and about 5'4, Ive never rode any dirt bikes but i intend to learn, ive had my fair share of bike riding so im not too worried about the handling aspect.. i live in Florida and i intend on going mad fast on the road and going far so im stuck choosing which bike. Im stuck between a fast acceleration, top speed 30 mph, lower battery mileage x160 and the slower acceleration, yet faster top speed and better mileage surron x. Need some advice fr fr. The 160x looks smaller in size, which seems best to suit me, but im very invested into the speed factor, fr im trynna go fast and im slightly worried that 30mph wont be enough for me. I can see i would enjoy the size and acceleration but the mileage and top speed makes me want to go with the surron x. yet the surron x looks like a big bike, i could describe as very intimidating. NEED SOME ADVICE ASAP.

You could always get the Sur Ron X and put smaller wheels on it like the street wheels, would make the bike not as tall and good for your height

im 5'7" and on tippy toes with both feet. they also have seat extenders, larger wheels and raised handlebars to back it more friendly for taller riders

I'd like to buy one but I guess I'll just stick with my phat moto gasoline and pedaled powered hybrid bicycle. And soon upgrade to more gear for off-road and bigger engine.

Is black edition better then normal X and can it be tuned to 72V and is better battery any good ?

Michael Williams: yes they are, but there are a few minor differences. The SurRon you have to cut a wire to get the bike in Sport mode and the Segway you do it on the app. And the Segway comes in different colors. Like I said, very minor differences. Oh, and the Segway is more expensive.

sur ron is in stock now and ships within the same week... sur rons also come with electronic now... would have been more accurate if this was uploaded in july or august

@@mzz7710 Nope. They put the X160 battery into the Sur Ron, don't know why though. They didn't put the Sur Run battery into the Segway. Probably works though, same case and connector, just higher output.

The segway 160 is the same as the suron light bee youth, the segway 260 is the same as the sur ron light bee.

I went with the Segway X260, the app alone for me was worth the extra cost.

If this was gasoline powered, with a charging system with lights and pedals to peddle it I would probably buy one. But lithium powered battery Banks, lithium powered motorcycles, lithium powered bicycles are like lithium powered cell phones sadly there shortly outdated with something better and cheaper made the next year or two. Sure electric dirt bikes maybe faster than gasoline dirt bikes. but the gasoline powered dirt bikes last and you can work on them a lot cheaper and get parts for them later down the road. If this bike had a gasoline engine on it that slowly charged the batteries with a charging system and you could peddle it. I would definitely be wanting one. Battery powered, gasoline powered and you can pedal it Andy a hybrid to save battery and save fuel that would be the ultimate bike. It's like a race car doesn't sell as good and not as many people want it than a dual-purpose street and strip car. look what happened to the race tracks during covid-19 they shut down and most still are not open to this day. And race cars have nowhere to race but a dual-purpose car is still riding on the street having fun. A dual purpose bike can ride off road, on road and trails. It should be dual purpose and more people will buy them. Like my Honda generator gasoline, propane or natural gas it runs on. When stuff hits the fan he need more than one source of fuel.

True, the SEGWAY X260 is the same bike as the Sur Ron X. Difference is colors. Sur Ron is black, SEGWAY can pay $1000+ for a different color.

Segway x160 Sur Ron X Sur Ron XX = Segway x260 Best value is the Sur Ron X IMO. If you really want app support and digital modifications then Segway is the way to go.

They’re usually between 45-52mph depending on rider weight, wind, temperature, and other conditions. The bike is officially rated at 45mph, but usually goes a tad faster than that. If you weigh 130lbs riding downwind on flat pavement, expect to go 50mph all the time. If you weigh 170lbs riding on a dirt road going against the wind, you probably won’t even hold up to 45mph consistently. There are a lot of variables to it though.

Even the reviewers are encouraging kids to break the law. These are NOT legal anywhere motorcycles aren't allowed to go, so stay off the mountain bike trails, and these are NOT legal to ride on the street as the voiceover suggests, they are NOT street legal. Please, contact your government elected officials and demand that the cops can identify these illegal machines and confiscate them immediately and fine the riders for public endangerment. We also need to get together and sue the manufacturers that are encouraging kids to purchase these motorcycles that are not street legal knowing that almost all of them will end up on bike paths in close proximity to pedestrians and ridden on roads illegally. I've already seen one similar to this hopping off a sidewalk.
