यदि SC कहता है कि हाँ preamble मे भी संशोधन किया जा सकता है तो फैसले के तुरंत पश्चात preamble मे फिर संशोधन कर भारत को सीधे हिन्दू राष्ट्र घोषित कर देना चाहिए.

श्रीमद्भागवत गीता को भारत के संविधान का बेसिक स्ट्रक्चर घोषित करके भारत को हिन्दू राष्ट्र घोषित होना चाहिए।

Where was the secularism when the country was partitioned based on religion? The very creation of India as a country is due to non secularism. So how can it be basic structure of constitution?
