If the scotus don’t vote in favor of trump, those on the take will lose sitting pretty, getting all those perks they’ve become accustomed to. There are so many extremely important cases set to go up to the Supreme Court, that will now undoubtedly be rejected. World watching- America Supreme Court very carefully. History is playing out.

Scrotus should never have taken this up but they did they did not have to stay the trial they did it’s political not about the law

I hope that scotus does the right thing and rejects immunity and sends back to district court immediately so it can be heard before the election. The American people have a right to know if Trump is convicted or not before voting.

That would be the responsible thing to do. But no one ever accused thomas, etc of being responsible. Don’t y’all wonder how many cases came before him where he ruled in favor who was giving him favors?

Simply infuriating that the SC is even considering this case. The Appeals court did a thorough job (albeit slow). SCOTUS should have accepted the appeals court decision months ago. Their actions shows the SC is now Political and assisting Trump with DELAY!! This is a case a 6th Grader could resolve in 5 minutes: NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW! Little wonder the majority of Americans have LOST ALL RESPECT for the SC. SICK, SICK, SICK!

It's funny how the left always uses that terminology when describing Trump; but, at the same time, turns a blind eye to all of the crimes of Hillary Clinton (busting her cell phones and erasing her personal server), Nancy Pelosi (doing numerous insider trading that made her a multi-millionaire) and Hunter Biden (who's laptop was so crime-laden, the FBI concealed its contents). And, of course, VP Joe Biden who openly on video admitted to coercing the Ukraine government to fire the main prosecutor who was investigating his backroom dealings with China (that's called extortion). So, let's take care of them first ... and then we'll talk about "no one is above the law".

What could be a problem? That a “so called” prez was CAUGHT red handed committing crimes, & is now going to be held accountable? That’s his problem. He figured he could get the presidency & because of it he could do whatever he wanted to & still be doing that without consequences. That’s why he is so adamant about calling for complete immunity. Never mind complete, he shouldn’t get immunity period. He, & all presidents, should become presidents to UPHOLD THE LAWS, NOT BREAK THEM! & shouldn’t want to change the constitution to suit their demented way of thinking. Those on his side think just like him. & he’s a psychopath.

This is Trump's Supreme Court not the peoples.

Most of SCOTUS is bias one way or another. We need to win the house, keep the senate and presidency and then add more justices to the bench that are not morally corrupt.
