There are multiple foreign companies in India that are selling items which has pam oil in it and so many other harmful ingredients that are banned in other countries, but the Supreme Court took action on patanjali, the Indian brand that is selling ayurvedic products 👏👏👏

@gamezone5819 Patanjali doesn't mislead people they are just selling ayurvedic products that have no side effects and there are other companies in the Indian market that mislead poor people in the name of atoz vitamins and minerals, I.e.bornvita, horlecks and so on....and you can find the truth by simply turning their food package.but the Supreme Court never took any action on such companies that's the problem here

What about other misleading ads of MNCs like sensodyne... rules should be same for all...

Supreme court is talking about medicines not those products. He claims he can cure diabetes, blood pressure etc completely which is farce. If it was actually true baba would be getting noble prize in medicine and physiology.

Hmm, I use patanjali products, specially the ayurvedic products like dant manjan churn, trifala churn, ashwagandha, shatavari, amla juice, aloevera juice, giloy juice, chyawanprash etc not commercial products like the biscuits, noodles, sauce etc

U can try vilvah aloe juice as well for hairs ....it is 99% pure aloe and have xantum gum as the only other ingredient...which is considered completely safe. It is also an indian brand and won Asia pacific award as well. Patanjali aloe is not that good even it has several issues.

This is actually too much by SC. Everyone exaggerate their products, from beauty creams to SUVs. As long as Patanjali products are not termed as scheduled H-drugs and the components are clearly mentioned, it's the consumer's preference. For instance if patanjali says amla oil is good for hair growth then before calling patanjali a liar, ask ICMR to say amal has no contribution on hair growth etc.

nehru passed the earlier british govt. act of prohibited drugs in 1954 under which many diseases which didnt had any alopathic medicines at that time but for which ayurvedic medicines were present, were prohibited from any advertisement and scientific study. And this law is still in use by which the IMA got the verdict against Patanjali. People throughout the country have said and witnessed curing themselves or their relatives from many diseases which even the western medicines failed in accomplishing, and that's the truth. Also the western medicines have a strong financial backing using which they can buy there way in anywhere, and one can assume many IMA people and many others are in there payrole. Shame on the IMA.

Supreme court is also reason for poverty,growth & the law impose that main people's of this country is secondary one 🤤& all priority given to outsiders who settled here 🤤ghtia ek dum

Can't say confidentally about Chronic Diseases, but in case of General Medication & Immunity based healthCare, Patanjali products are good alternatives for Allopathic Medicines with negligible side-effects.

The more sc and librandus goes against ayurveda, more people will go to ayurveda for treatment. Thousands of misleading & false ads are there in media including allopathic medicine but action only against ayurvedic treatment & products.

When people are buying these products even though it doesn't have any credible backing then who can stop him.

Most horrific decision. Instead of modifying the law of 1954 year, which was copy paste of British law, SC is supporting it. Should have directed govt to look into it to correct distortion.

Our SC is silent mute on SandeshKhali, Kisan Khalistani Andolan etc etc. But it has time on Our Ayurvedic cases, until our country Ayurvedic treatment fully disturbed 😮😮😮

Vicks, all packages of unilever, different soaps, so called ayurvedic products, all are misleading. Then why only patanjali? I do appreciate this act by SC but they should do it for everyone.

Iljam toh kise pe bhi lag sakta hai...I hope Govt helps auyevedic practices and encourage them more and more...I am sure Patanjali pe lage sare aarop ek shadyantra hai drug mafias ka

Evidence based Ayurveda! Detailed independent studies must be done by autonomous bodies in India ! Every claim must be verified by several independent studies! Results must be comparable and must be replicable in any studies done outside India as well. This will save lives and give credibility to Ayurveda. If a product is beneficial we should avoid claiming CURE! No manipulation of facts must be the norm in every case.

It is an animal product obtained from the bones of cuttlefish . Absolutely non veg item. Just like collagen powders are obtained from bones of animals . Now if any one consider only meat to be non veg and the bones of animal to be veg then for them it might be a veg item😂

@cryptoeducation8895 I am sorry I am not aware of ur source of information. As much I have studied samudra fen whose scientific name is sepia officanalis is obtained from bones of cuttlefish. I even googled the same but didnot find any evidence of it being foam. Also kindly suggest if the foam u r suggesting implies it is of the the phylum porifera or sponges? Because they are also animals and hence is the 1st phylum of animalia and not plantae. Since I am not able to find any reference of it in internet.

Misleading ads like claiming to treat and cure diseases like heart diseases, cancer, brain tumor, etc. with no scientific evidence is invalid. Should take actions against it. We're taken for a ride!
