Sir, I retired (VRS) from FCI on 31.08.2004 and having been covered under EPF '95 pension scheme, was getting Rs 1168/- pm pension with effect from 30/11/2005 (58 years) which was later (date not known) enhanced to Rs. 1335/- and since then have been getting the same amount. Will you kindly guide me as to the applicability of enhanced pension, if any, in my case.

Sir Maximum Pensionable service as 0n today is only 24 years possible since EPS started in 1995 service before 95 you will get lumsum past service benefit

Is it possible to atleast withdraw the pension (EPS) amount of company 1 when switching to company 2, or do I have to remain unemployed for 2 months or more for that similar to the case of EPF?

Sir provident fund should be made applicable to those firms where number of employees is below 20 as employees working for decades get nothing in their hands when they leave jobs and they are forced to continue working due to lack of pension or PPF in private sector

If Nominee is declared on EPFO, then nominee easily gets pension.

Hi Sir, ls the Supreme Court implemented by the pf department and how is the average salary calculated now?

Hi Rishav The last line of the Supreme Court order of 01.04.2019 affirms "Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of". I think this is meaningful in so fa as the order disposes the pending application of MoL&E which has to come up on 02.05.2019. You have not explored it.

I am the member of p.f. since 01.04.1988 and left the job on 30.09.2017. So please tell me how much number of years service.

My pension is Rs.1484/-... My basic is only Rs.7000/- I paid Rs.541/- as a pension contribution.. If it is more than Rs.541/- then only i am eligible for revision of pension.. That too i have tobpay 8.33% to be PSID to the epfo.. Please clarify this..i asked the of office..they told the same thing..

Hello Rishab Sir, Can you please help me understand whether an employee can opt for higher pension scheme now.The wages of the employee has gone beyond the prescribed limit in his new employment which he joined few days back. It's an entirely new entity & shall do the PF registration. Can he fill the join declaration form & get it authorized from employer. Eagerly waiting for your help & advice.

Since the original EPS 1995 Pension Norms are altered&wrongly Interpretted &twisted by some Officiala in Labour Ministry.Govt of India in favour of EPFOrgn during 10th May 1999 by one LETTER No........... poor pensioners are denied of Minimum Past service +Eps 95 Pension Rs:600/per month&helped EPFOrgn to save more unaccounted pension amount as unclaimed.If one real Investigator wants that official order copy by email we can send it &request EPF Orgn to adopt only Original EPS95 Pension Norms&prepare arrears of Pension to all victims affected by such altered Pension Norms of EPS95.

What is the process if PF contribution was handled by exempted trust but was deducted on full salary and EPS contribution on capped amount i.e. 6500 was handled by RPFC, retirement - Oct-2012.

Those people who are getting less than Rs1000/- or less then Rs 1500/- minimum pension , how they can get more pension if their last salary is less than 2000/- or 1500/- how much minimum range of pension ?

Please advise,in case of those pensioners who had pre-maturedly opted for pension after 1996, after serving for 20 years in PSU and presently getting meagre pension of 902/- p.m. what will be the status? Secondly, the PSU has closed down now.How we can go about to get enhancement of pension?

Well the reality on the ground level is that there will be more deductions in the employee’s salary bcuz no company wants to take a hit. My own company did the same bc if they didn’t, they would have to take a hit of over 4 crore. Now more deductions in our salary

Here it is assumed that with age your salary increases. But in IT many are doing contracting jobs and getting much low salary after 50 years.

What will happen in the below scenario as per new rules. Say I contribute ceiling amount 1250 till age 57 but for last year I contribute on full wages. So my pension will be calculated based on my last 12 months increased salary which will be much higher than 15000 while I would have contributed only Rs 1250 till age 57?
