جب ناانصافیوں کی انتہا ہو جائے ایک شخص آمریت قائم کر بیٹھا ہو اور ون مین شو بن چکا ہو تو پھر ایسا تو ہونا ہی ہوتا ہے اس لئے موجودہ حالات کے ذمہ دار بھی چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان صاحب ہی ہیں ، ایک ایسے عہدے پر ہوتے ہوئے صرف ایک پارٹی کو بھرپور سپورٹ کرنا ادارے کے لئے نقصان دہ ثابت ہوتا ہے اس لئے اب چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان صاحب کو اخلاقی طور پر مستعفی ہو جانا چاہیے۔
