I feel our exile govt(CTA) should look into this matter. Agricultural officer should take a step to guide/educate those farmers to prevent them from falling into huge debt. Plus CTA/ nyamdrel(society) duties and responsibility is to take care of these farmers and help those who are in needs not to ignore and avoid those helpless farmers.
