Most men masturbate every single day, and that is preciously why intercourse becomes a problem. Most of the times, any man who leaves musterbation a few days should be having no intercourse problems unless he has severe sugar, pressure or weight problems. Additionally, I find kegel exercise, butterfly pose, and noukasan to be extremely good, all of which strengthen pelvic areas. One does these yogasanas one or two months and a little arousing thought tends to harden the penis almost immediately. But semen retention seems to be the key.

First thanks for all your great videos. This was very informative, but It would have been helpful to know what quantities are reasonable to take of each one of those. I know in your L arginine video you talked about the study where they saw positive results but were taking I believe it was one to 5 g which seems like a lot. It would be great if we could get his top 10 list with recommended dosing so we don’t waste a lot of money overdosing or underdose and minimize the results.

Thank you for this video, Dr. Malik, this was very informative. And Dr. Geo looks amazing for 75 years old! I would have guessed he was late 50s, early 60s at the oldest. It was great to hear him say besides helping prevent colds, Vitamin C is great for your skin. I had laser eye surgery about 16 years ago, and one of the doctor's suggestions prior to the surgery was to bump up my Vitamin C intake to 1,000 mg a day. I've been taking 1,000 mg a day ever since, and no one believes I am my age either. A couple of questions about something Dr. Geo mentioned, if you don't mind. What is Icarrin? Is there a supplement with Icarrin in it, or do you take it by itself? Thank you, again and Happy Holidays! Marc

I would like to know if it might be possible to prepare a presentation on the benefits of pygeum and carvacrol as the investigational and antedotal evidence available through the NCBI websites suggests that these have activity in regard to BPH, Prostatitis, prostate cancer and epipidymitis; without advent of untoward effects of current treatment modalities and are considerably more cost effective. B12? Rena, how about a deep dive into this one? There are as you know several compounds available. Probably good to avoid the cyano stuff - cyanide probably best avoided. Then there’s the methyl B12s. Catch is individual persons have different abilities re methylation pathways , so it helps to get blood tested and interpreted by someone who knows about this pathway diversity as it relates to B12.

Dr. Geo was talking on this topic from the male’s perspective. It’s hard to find female focused sexual health. It’s a two way street. In my relationship I’m the person lacking drive. These supplements could treat both genders (sorry if I messed that term up) but I want to be sure. I’m not a fan of taking supplements unless I’m insufficient. If there is a chance of gaining a benefit then I’ll try it. I’d only take this advice from a Dr. And not Ashley from down the street. BTW I came over from Dr. Mike’s channel. You gained one subscriber. Keep doing your thang.

I'm taking Tribulus and Ginsing after a detox to help regulate my energy. I've never had an issue with low T. And I'm 60 years of age. So those 2 vitamins didn't increase any erectile excitement. Before the FDA removed Epastane from the market I made sure I didn't take it before I went to the gym.😂. I was using these vitamins for body building without steroids. I'm a natural body builder. I hope this answers most questions. Now- there was this bar in Texas that served beer from a tall glass. As the beer was drank a woman would start to appear that was silk embeded on the inside of the glass. When you drank all your beer she was looking right at you. You csn do the same if you look through your glass after a few beers at the bar. Point made your guest was right. ED is 50% mind over matter.😊

Thank you for you informative videos, you are honest straight forward and don't try and sell things to "promote your video", this one was pretty informative ashwaganda I have in a supplement I take to increase testosterone, vitamins C and Zinc apparently (according to my app for a decent diet) most times I am WELL above a standard (the other night it was about 2 cups of veggies and it was 1308% of a DV lol). Informative videos such as yours can hopefully down out the misinformation so relevant on youtube.

Dear Dr Rena and Dr. geo. Very informative, Very Insightful, practical - "what you experience is what you should care about advice" Ardent follower of this site. Dr Geo's comment about being clean - with my one meal a day, exercise, toxin removal, I come very close to it. The only addition I would make is Folic Acid to Fish Oil, Algae, Mg, Zinc, Curcumin, Ashwagandha :)

Rena, I love your channel, it's extremely infomative and I've learned a lot. I'm 71 years old. And began having some ED issues last December. I went to my PCP and got on 5 mg daily dose of Tadalafil for both ED and BPH issues. This didn't quite do it all for my ED but it really improved my urinary fuction. I did a lot of research and found out about Kegels for men and started to practice Tantra sexual exercises daily. Also I began taking the supplement called AlphaViril. So bottom line is it took about 6 months of practicing these excercises and taking the Tadalaphil and Alpha Viril to finaly start coming back around. Just to let you'all know. You rock girl!

Look for those supplements that have as much minerals and vitamins as possible for a decent amount of price but not very expensive because you'll definitely step into diminishing return "territory" as the body have a limit to absorb extra minerals/vitamins and it will excrete them.

I haven't watched the video yet, but I will do as Dr.Malik videos are very instructive. From my side, I am close to my 53 and I had some ED during my early 40s due to mental health issues, and lack of exercise. Since then, got divorced, and I have been educating my self on that matter. Today I am happy to say that I am very satisfied with my sexual capabilities, and I am no longer experience any form of ED (I can do it everyday). What really helped was a mix of nutrition, workout, and supplements. In terms of nutrition, I limit the red meat consumption, eat a lot of fruits and veggies, especially the ones that help the elimination of estrogens. I workout every day as much as possible. I do a mix of cardio, abs, yoga and strength workouts. I try to hit the pelvic exercises during these workouts, so I do kegels everyday. In terms of supplements and vitamins I take the following: ginko biloba, ashwaganda, cinamon, and before the intercourse horny goat weed and tongkat ali. I also take zinc, magnesium, vit B and D...IHIH
