If he does or not depends on the ending you get. There is multiple endings. Some which may be added soon the company of the game is updating the game patch and in the making of adding DLC as well as changes and fixes to the game itself. Hopefully they'll add better endings there's so much missing in terms of gameplay and ending. My favorite ending is the car one.

Basically if y’all haven’t got to that part when he said he got new eyes Gregory partially destroyed Roxanne wolf and stole her eyes by crashing a goat cart into her there’s a lot of stuff going on in this crazy place you’re trying to survive a crazy mind control security guard that doesn’t know she’s dressing up as a rabbit and trying to murder you along with her reprogramming a lot of the robots to cats are kill you and not only that at the end of this song is only one ending they were a dozen endings to this game so it’s up to you to figure out how to beat them but the true ending is with burn trap but you better know him as spring trap try to do your best to survive Freddy’s security breach in Freddy is a good person it’s just sometimes he may get possessed by the programming and you can upgrade his battery by upgrading him with the parts from his friends now you’re only able to get to but I think you can get all three I’m not quite sure a pair of eyes from a wolf the voice box from the chicken and the clause from the gator.
