I just go this for Christmas and It works great! So far I have made the hot butter recipe and I'm working on the cinnamon and sugar recipe. Rolling the strips a little less that 1/2 inch thick works perfectly.

I made a bunch without that with my mum. I knew what to mostly do, because I watched people make it before. These weren't the small breakable ones, these were big and fluffy. :) it was niiiice

I think this thing is pretty cool. I do suggest putting the salt on the dough before cooking so that it will stick to the Pretzels. But other then that, I think this would be worth getting. Thanks for the review and all your work you do.

You always find the coolest maker sets! I love how we get to be part of the entire process! This set is a must get for me. Pretzels with cheese takes me back to my childhood. My Dad always got me one at the hockey games as a kid. Thank you for this :-)

Next time when you are going to divide the dough you should try to divide it how a pizza is cut, it's more easy to divide in similar sizes :)

Man I love Super Pretzels. While maker kit products never look as beautiful as the authentic product, those still look good and probably taste great. The recipe for this one is a lot better than the Twinkie maker. I think the problem with the Twinkie recipe was that real Twinkies are more of a sponge cake and they had you just make a generic batter. This maker's dough was closer to the real thing, although real soft pretzels I believe are sprayed or washed with a saline solution to get that classic chewy exterior that has a slight sheen to it.
