Ken Block was no storms get to dirt bikes, snow bikes, snowmobiles.
Mate i admire your courage taking the engine apart. I'v always been too scared, nervous, aprehensive to do anything but change a stock pipe for a performance 4 in 1 and even that when sideways when i broke the head off of 1 of the bolts holding the pipe in place! Cheers to you Justin!

If you’re willing to do so, you can basically practice on an old shitbox bike and buy each individual component and put it together yourself.
For the Exhaust removal: You can unscrew the top screw of the damper and lift the swingarm up, then it's enough room to get the exhaust out^^
Absolutely loved the Ken tribute🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I tell you man.. you are the most underrated content creator!! I will forward your videos to all my friends and family. Love the effort you put in!! Cheers to many videos!!
I felt that hesitation before powering up something you're "pretty sure" you put together correctly but you aren't ABSOLUTELY SURE it won't turn into an expensive disaster as soon as you fire it up. I felt it down in my soul.
The tribute was so Ken!
Great video, and great big balls for the rebuild!
Pro tip: Spin the engine via the crankshaft when the camshaft is back on. Then you get a feel for whether you messed up the timing.

I'm pretty sure he did, but for "artistic effects" he didn't show it on the video... :D
Love the Supermoto 🫶
Thanks for your diligence in doing the just simple for me things in bike maintenance to be so interesting to watch. Continue with technical stuff more!
Thanks for this awesome video. You basicly did 3 videos in one.
This is my first time stumbling across your videos, and in the first minute or two your accent sounded veryyyy South African 😂 And then I saw the flag on the sticker kit!
I did this on my 2019 FS 2 Months ago, inserting the Piston Ring nearly got me crying...
Nice work! I have done a few top ends on those motors now. Worse than getting the clip out is getting that clip back in with the cylinder on top of your hands and even less room. Never tried with the exhaust still on, I have always just removed the shock to get it out.
Ken Block 🥶🙏
your edits are always so funny ❤
Nice Work Justin
Very informative content. Well done!
I can never skip one of your videos they are so amazing and you need more subscribers hope I can go back to South Africa 🇿🇦 again soon keep up the amazing work.
Definitely need the follow up. Thank you!
Well done 👏
Nice video always, love the tribute to Ken.
Great vid! Love the Husky, and I really liked the tribute! KB43ver
Great job!
Great work and videos....
The graphic kit looks amazing!
This is by far my favorite vid of urs. I hope in the future you can make more content like this. It's so entertaining, yet so detailed. Great work champ. I really appreciate this alot #JoziSouth
Lol you are such a hooligan with that bike! 😂 3:25 - Look like you had fun doing burnout on (most likely) asbestos tiles I guess?! 😀
You just inspired me to DIY rebuild my VL1500 intruder engine. Great vid 👍🏽
Hey bro. Great job 👍
I knew someone else was involved when I saw that 360 camera peaking out of a corner at 2:24
I had no idea these sorts of bikes needed anywhere near that amount of service. I would've never guessed this was any different than a regular old street bike.
Your best vid yet
I remember how scared I was to start it after servicing my valves, I can’t imagine trying to start after a rebuild like that 😅 the Daytona is much less serviceable that that though. Loved the video as always!
Would love to add one such beast to my Husky 701...
Was waiting from so long😭♥️
you got balls bro💪!!
I love your Moto
You gained my respect when you said you had 250 two smoke 😂
my ktm500exc cover 330hours at 10k miles with stock engine, still running strong :)
Wow, thats a lot of work! And you gotta do this after how many hours of usage?! Ill stick to street bikes, thanks 😂
Only gripe I have with your rebuild is that there is too much guess work. Never assume the engine wear is enough to put an up sized piston. The hardest part about engine building is calculating clearences. Rings need to be checkequed for gap, piston to wall clearence also, and a cylinder hone would also be good. Getting clearences right is the key to longevity.
No im not bored 😂

My hero!
Nice graphics kit with the original graphics way better than the old kit
Should have gone for metzelers!
Get an H2 carbon next
Dunlop??? But... Michelin!?
it turned out really good, but in my opinion the seat would match better with a black cover instead of the dark blue
Did you make the custom graphics on your own or did someone make it for you ?
Hi sorry to ask.. but where can i get supermoto wheels for a hasquavana 610 te 1999 model .. or the outer rim of n super moto wheel...or are there ktm rims i can use
9:00 you're actually far from right here, if you ride on the street/track with good tires you'll rarely hit the rev limiter in a 450, on dirt though you will hit it constantly, you have more engine time on supermoto than motocross
You need TDC when you put it together. When you take it apart, you dont.
Did you end up with any 'extra' parts?! You know a rebuild isn't complete unless you have extra parts the manufacturer included for no reason! ha ha
Bored? WHY WOULD I GET BORED. ITS SUMO CONTENT
The cylinder shouldn't be worn out since it's coated in nikasil which is much harder than the aluminum piston. there is a specific procedure to bore out the cylinder when it's damaged or ovalized, only then a piston from a higher group should be installed to match the new inner diameter of the cylinder
Just because the bike started doesnt mean it works. Its when you twist the throttle, then you start figuring out what just broke
U are not supposed to put a piston number 2 in a cilinder number 1 man.. there 2 types of cilinders, even a cilinder 1 at the minimum spec cant take a piston number 2.
honestly you should've kept the original look of the bike (not the kit it came with, but the original Husqvarna kit)
that's a big ratchet for a 8mil bolt in aluminimum case
I love how people do “how to” videos their first time doing something….

Did he state anywhere that this is a how to?...
Dunlop? Jet u ride Michelin ..... u can only get Michelin.......so why advertise Dunlop (tribute or not)
I thought 847 was your mental age and your actual age 😂😂 mental age of 8 physical age of 47 obviously joking I've heard the story before I just had to
Why does it look like you live in rural America?
Nice video! and; Haha; caught you at kzread.info/dash/bejne/hn1prM6xhLXJfdI.html ; you have a FILM CREW !! 🙂 (360 camera slowly rising in the door portal)
