He's just setting his launch control, that keeps your forks lower and allows you to start faster, when you brake the first time and you forks compress it automatically disable itself

@@eddu9603 can't we just sit in a bike hitting the front brakes compressing down the front forks before the race during the warmup or it needs to be done by sitting off the bike as the guy shows in the video?

Why is everybody riding knee-down, really thought that wasnt common in supermoto

Stephen A the game changes, knee down is more tired but could be a little faster. Once someone gets faster modifying the style the rest have to imitate him.

it depends on the corners and the confidence of the rider have you seen the iconic nicky Hayden feet up on the pegs all crossed up at 120mph
