That walk and that gaze truly looks like a panther walking toward its enemies

she had so much… “balance” in her runway walk. it never felt off kilter. it evolved from the death stare stomp of her youth to one of the smoothest, most regal strides ever. she was (indeed) one of the last truly “earned it” supermodels.

I absolutely love how she makes being giant even by runway standards at 6'2, work flawlessly for her. Karlie is one of the few newer gen models (though she hardly fits in that context anymore it seems) I'd ever consider a supermodel. It's sad that her era is basically over already given what came after her is just not interesting at all to me (due to nepotism and instagram recruiting subpar models in top positions) and how she's still easily in her prime. She may very well be one of the last women to ever truly be worthy of the supermodel title which is heartbreaking.

She’s always stepping on the scene so ethereal like, love her.

I don't think any female model can beat her artistically beautiful cat-walk; she basically tells her dress' story through her walk.

Her walk is INCREDIBLY distinctive. It's not Naomi's which has a similar movement but her 6'2" really makes it. It's like a panther stalking prey, purposeful steps but also lithe.

Karlie is/was a star on the runway! THIS was modeling, when the clothes were gorgeous and wearable and the models looked glamorous! I miss Karlie on the runway. I’m sick of the crazy, quirky, robotic models of today. THIS type modeling is what would make me buy the clothes. I hope this comes back, this style of modeling.

@@Alicia-ym6sc Good, I’ll check him out. The models of the 80’s gave the clothes life, just as Karlie and the other models are doing here in later years. If a woman wears a frock to an event, a party, etc., she’s moving, even consciously or unconsciously posing as she interacts with other people. The clothes are in action according to the movements and reactions of the model. Personally, that’s what I want to see, how an outfit moves.

You could not say it better. In my opinion Karlie is the last real supermodel (after Gisele). Her catwalk changes in each show, she is a chamaleon and thats something you dont see in nowdays models, their walk is always the same in every show, they dont even have class or elegance. Karlie is in 00's models level, she should be considered a supermodel.

I remember back in 2006-2007, Karlie was listed as the new young breakthrough model, she is the only in that list who goes far and earned spot in the industry! Her walk was super unique , it was like a “drunk swan”😅

Love the clips! Perfect I only wish it included my favorite clip of her when she opened the Bluemarine spring show in the lineup of models!!!! She is a runway rarity for sure. She walks so lightly and can pull off any look. And the self awareness level is MAJOR!! She was a ballerina in her younger years exactly the same situation as Naomi Campbell when she was younger.

I remember she was the top model from 2009 - 2011

She was a force when she debuted at the Calvin Klein runway. Awkward but you noticed her with her pointy ears. And she used to be part of that trinity or quadrinity (or is it quartet) with Toni Garrn and Taryn Davidson and sometimes Ali Stephens. And then she would be part of the Jourlie duo (Jourdan Dunn/Karlie Kloss). Those were the days.

I am in love with this woman . Her height , her walk and her eyes are the main cause of me falling in love .
