“Finally! A worthy challenge.” *“Is that so?”* Maybe I’m reading too much into this, but this exchange seems like Superman is actually angry at Omni Man for calling this a challenge. Like he’s disgusted by the idea that Nolan is treating this fight as if it’s some kind of game after he’s hurt and killed so many innocent people(not including the ones in the subway train as that never happened here). So it seems fitting that after this exchange, Superman kicks things up a notch as well as uses his heat vision against Omni Man, both as a way of showing the gap in power between the two, as well as saying “I’m not playing your games.” And after all of that, he still leaves Omni-Man alive. Really shows how much Superman values life as a whole.

The only disagreement I have about this is that Superman's incredible power would probably completely dismantle the Viltrum propaganda Nolan was trained with. And Superman would likely know this. Seeing an emotionally "weak" individual utterly crush every legendary Viltrumite warrior probably would, (in addition to healthy therapy) destroy Nolan's might=right assumption and accelerate his motion towards the side of true good. Killing Nolan probably isn't the actual best outcome.

If theres one thing i love about these past few years, its that its kinda like a renaissance age of the Superman hero. We've had a return to greatness for Superman, and we've seen some really great Evil versions show up in pop culture too (Homelander and Omni Man). But what i particularly enjoy is seeing how Homelander and Omni Man contrast against the original idea of Superman, especially with him returning to a paragon and superhero. And in that sense, seeing them fight, is awesome. It shines a light on their differences, and what they all represent. Homelanders embodiment of the worst of mankind in a science experiment. Omni Mans hidden origin as an alien conqueror, rather than an alien immigrant. And Superman, the best of mankind, and the best of Krypton. An alien god with a humans heart and morals. A paragon of justice who would fight the greatest threats, along with the smallest. We see those ideas, go head to head, embodied in these Supermen. God, i love Superheroes. Especially Superman.

You just made a baseless statement fangirling over Omni man :D Superman apparently was nerfed to the ground against nukes in Man of steel ..even though he regenerated pretty fast but it was criminal how they nerfed him in this regard compared to pretty much every other version. Superman stores his power, he is charged and can go on for weeks using his power far from a yellow or blue sun.. and he dont instantly just die or go powerless under a red sun :D also this comment of yours is bs again because 25% percent of the suns is estimated to be blue/white/yellow suns ..so not 99.99999% of the known universe would be a disadvantegous fighting field for Superman ..and again he doesnt have to be near a yellow or blue sun for weeks to still have his powers. His speed alone would end the fight before it would start. Omni man would live longer because Superman 1. holds back 2. doesnt want to kill. Superman could overpower Omni man easily so he could imprison him if there is a "holding cell" that could contain Omni man. If Superman would be forced to kill him he could easily do that. Even the weaker versions of Superman are leagues above Omni man. And if you work with the stronger versions that can travel with thousands of times of the speed of light or resist to being erased from the Universe with sheer will or withstand Universe destroying blast what hopes Omni man would have? If he doesnt stumble upon kryptonite Omni man and his whole race would be a thing of the past in a second. Anyways going faster than the speed of light is dumb anyways because anything that could do that would esentially travel in time and it would create a paradox Also not a great thing for Omni man that a yellow sun would be his doom while it literally charges Superman and not only charges him but it gradually increases his powers and the potential of his abilities.. Also only All-Star and maybe BvS (since only time he ever was in space for long time was also time when 1) BvS where it revived him from the nuke and filled him to the brim 2) in ZSJL where it allowed to completely body Steppenwolf + after motherbox upgrade

And it gets even better : Although he had Garou as his Teacher for a Moment : Saitama "mimicked" a Method for Time-Travel - with nothing but his bare Strength alone. There’s no universe where Omni man beats Superman. For as boring as he may be to some people, he’s literally the template for all these other super powered cape wearers. The original. And he has more powers than most of them. He got so powerful at one point they had to weaken him to tell more compelling stories. This is a guy who lifted infinity if there is a such thing. A guy who bench pressed the weight of the world for a couple days without breaking a sweat.

I feel people who say Clark is boring just because he's so powerful miss the point of his character. He's a god who wants to live and be accepted as a mortal. It's not his power that makes him so timeless. It's his determination to use it for good no matter what. Evil Superman types make great villains because they represent what he could be, but chooses not to (in most timeliness at least)

For Omni-Man it was the greatest fight of his life. For Superman it was Tuesday. The new featured clips & improved audio make a world of difference. This is beyond incredible for such smooth direction. These ARE the characters we know n' love, portrayed at they're accurate best. This is exactly how a fight between these 2 would go. You've absolutely nailed the essence of both characters and the destruction capability of a battle between gods. You've come a long way so fast in presenting good quality videos. All animation studios should be jealous. 10/10 Fantastic Work!. ⭐🎨

See the thing is that the Invincible characters are awesome and are very strong/fast in their own right, but they are basically a weaker version (purposely I believe) of Kryptonians/Daxamites. They can definitely be matched with some powerhouses, but I don't think they can be matched against people of Superman level as they don't seem to have the strength feats to keep up. And looking at black Adam and superman, they are in the same category

I'd say there's quite a few JLA members that would be a hard mountain to claim for Omniman. Superman is just to OP for Omniman for this to be a fair or even fight.

Before even watching and judging by the length of this video I know the creator has done justice to superman and how powerful he really is.

It’s like the Homelander vs Omni man all over again. Except Superman is Omni man, and Omni man is Homelander as ironic as that sounds.

This is the Superman I grew up with

"We're not gods! We don't decide who lives and who dies!" "You want to die for this planet?! Fine!" Exactly how I would see these two interacting. Also, the mixture of the death battle animations From Omni-Man vs Homelander, dialogue from MK1, Injustice 2, the Injustice Movie, Invincible, and the mixed sound effects is just icing on this Gordon Ramsey level cake of an animation!

You forgot to mention MK is in the middle of a reboot kinda, _so it's easier to jump in now!_ There might be callbacks to the first 10 but only the more recent ps5 releases really count on story.

At Superman's strongest, Omni Man would be less than a single cell amoeba compared to Superman. You are speaking of Cosmic Armor Superman, AKA the Thought Robot. An android built by race known as the Monitors using the souls of both Superman and Ultraman. With the brain patterns of Superman, the Thought Robot was created to be the perfect counter to any and all threats to existence itself. Superman's base form is already hundreds of orders of magnitude more powerful than Omni Man, capable of destroying entire galaxies when not holding back. Omni Man can't even destroy a single planet on his own.
