Not trying to spark a debate or controversy. For me personally, Superman is number 1 for his purity, his hope, his selflessness, and his kindness. Spiderman is number 2 for his tenacity, his determination, and his longsuffering despite his losses. Iron Man is number 3 (Specifically MCU) for his intelligence, confidence, and ultimately his redemption and ongoing journey of self-improvement.
