Before I get started, PLEASE don't dislike this one because you don't like the couples. They're my preferences, but I don't expect everyone else to like them too. If you don't, just click away. No big deal.
Onto the video!
I genuinely thought this one was never going to see the light of day. EVERY time I tried to open the project my laptop froze. But, if you should know anything about me, it's that I'm stubborn. So it's here (minus text, because I didn't want to tempt fate too much). All I wanted to do was edit a fluffy tribute to the reasons this show holds a special place in my heart, but no, my laptop wanted to have a momentTM. Hopefully I still succeeded on the fluffy front (with a healthy dose of angst, because I am me after all).
And, this one's for @queenofarathia. You're such a sweetie. Thank you for all your positivity, and for sharing your ideas and enthusiasm with me.
By the way, I started this long before Nicole tweeted about Brainia having almost danced to it in the prom episode...I'll be honest, if I'd seen that tweet first, this would quite likely have turned into a Brainia edit only. Can you believe we missed out on Brainia dancing to this song?!

Ugh! I’m so happy to be back here and watching this again. It’s so beautiful and makes me really sad that supergirl is over. I wish you still edited this show.

THIS IS THE CUTEST PRETTIEST THING EVER!!! I never realized how many parallels there were between Brainy/Nia and Kara/Mon-El (but between all the ships too) before that edit lol I'm loving it. You really found all the best parallels here and showed so perfectly the love all of these couples have for each other. Obsessed with the ending particularly with all the kisses and everything! This is such a nice tribute to the couples of the show, I love love love it

I WANTED TO MAKE SOMETHING ALMOST SICKENINGLY ADORABLE, SO YAY!! (I actually had to cut out some parallels between Brainia/Karamel to balance out the couples a little better...). They parallels honestly chose themselves, and I was basically a passenger during the editing process, it was wild. Thank you!! J'onn and M'gann don't get nearly enough love from the fandom, in my humble opinion. Their love story is just as epic as the others, albeit less front and centre. Also, who didn't want to see Space Dad get his happy ending?! I especially love that his child with M'gann is going to be a son. After losing his daughters on Mars, and all but adopting Alex and Kara (and also the rest of the Super Friends, because who are we kidding? xD), it's just sweet to think of him and M'gann with a little boy. Anyway, I'm so glad you liked this one!!

@@ofdurinsfolk Yesss I totally agree, them having a son makes so much sense 🥺 All the Dad J'onn we got this season for Alex in particular (with her daughter calling him grampa, how he walked her down the aisle, etc. etc.) made me soooo happy I love them and definitely he more than deserved his happy ending!!!
