the issue is not the phrase, the issue is that the monster completely stops fighting to listen to it...they should have made alex first take down the monster and then say the phrase

It's a tv show not a movie. The cgi budget would have to be separated for each episode. You could see the cgi difference on the infinite earths crossover bc they had more budget.

@@slametnuryadi6118 Superman & Lois, Wanda Vision, Falcon & the Winter Soldier. It’s not like Shows can’t have cinema level visual’s. CW Shows have unnecessary 20 episodes each season. If they would cut it to 10-13 episodes they would have a bigger budget. Maybe not enough but better than nothing. It’s not like half of the episodes aren’t fillers, especially in Supergirl.

Highly recommend everyone watch Superman and Lois. Every episode feels like a well written movie. Completely different feel then Flash and Supergirl.

I didn’t know that supergirl in the comics was rough and tough. I always thought that what the show gave me as truth, and then I saw a KZread video essay explaining how this show had made her into a carbon copy of Superman. I was disappointed that we didn’t get her own story. The show would’ve done better I think if they made her her own character. We’ve already had Smallville. Kara Zor-el deserved better!

What I mean by that is, because she’s so young, and because she knows what Krypton was like before it blew up, only for her to loose her family, friends, as well as time. That would make anybody really angry. In the comics, Supergirl feels completely distant from humans and our culture, she’s sees the beauty but also the pain we bring to each other, but unlike her cousin whose always compassionate, Supergirl has a lot of pain and anger inside that she still struggles to grapple with. And because she didn’t spend her whole life holding back like Clark, her powers are more raw and sometimes Supergirl is stronger than Superman in many cases. There’s so much to her character and personality and so much beauty in the fact that even tho she’s not as compassionate or as happy go lucky like Clark, she still has the heart of an El, and will always protect people.

My problem with the final season, we were promised that it would be the biggest and best season and that the show would go out in blazing glory, but I never took Nyxly as a serious threat. Sure, Kara has had problems with magical beings, bud Nyxly just felt like an afterthought once they brought Lex back

Jon Cryer as Lex Luthor was a surprisingly good choice. After seeing him on two and a half men I never thought he could do it - but he is a far better actor then I ever gave him credit for. It was pretty amazing they brought back everyone who pretty much stared on this show in the final episode. I know some people on KZread hated it but I did like it.

I'm glad Lena and Supergirl got their issues straightened out, they worked so well together, I'm also glad she never turned out to be a true Luther and stayed true to her beliefs. One thing that would have been cool would have been to see Supergirl become immune to kryptonite after being exposed to so much of it and maybe even get more power from it, now that would have been a good plot twist.

About that line, it kind of doesn’t make sense to me. The best way I can interpret it is when Eliza said “you’d think in another life I’d be a kryptonian“ is before she took in Kara, she and Jeremiah Danvers helped Superman understand his powers while he was growing up, and did the same for Kara when they took her in. At the same time, they studied Kara and Clark a lot, enough that they would know so much about kryptonians, their physiology and their biology that it’s as if they were or are used to be kryptonian‘s themselves, especially Eliza. And when Alex said “only in the movies,” she meant that she thought Eliza meant that either in a past life she really was a kryptonian and reincarnated as a human or maybe Alex thinks that she thinks that Eliza might’ve been a kryptonian all along and Eliza didn’t know about it. Alex thinks stuff like that only happens in the movies, hence why she said it.

Oh scratch the interpretation of “only in the movies.” I think what would have made a lot more sense is when Eliza said “you’d think in another life I was a kryptonian” and Alex thought what Eliza would only happen in the movies. Or more specifically Alex thought that the only way Eliza, her mother, would be a kryptonian is if she starred is Supergirl in a movie made in the universe. Supergirl and other heroes like are popular, Hollywood in the arrow verse was bound to make movies off of them, as well as comics in action figures. So that’s what I really think “only in the movies“ meant.

I haven't watched this episode yet but the moment I saw Mon El was back, something in me lit up again 😃 my hopes and wishes for Karamel seemed to have reignited once again but now I'm also worried....I always wanted him to come back and end up with Kara at the very end of it all but I don't know if it will happen. Last time he had already chosen Kara but was forced to go back to the future do to something really bad happening over there that they needed his help with or something like that.

@@marcelxhopemikaelson207 You don't know that. Maybe in a future crossover she'll be married. Or maybe the SuperCorp shippers will finally get their wish. Just that, whatever happens, it will happen offscreen. But, that's OK. Throughout her career, Kara has always been defined by others. But she's taken back her definition of herself. She doesn't NEED a relationship to define her.

um is this an actual show ? It looked like 1990’s CGI and fan made cosplay costumes

The CGI is laughable. Someone in that department works for Marvel and is deliberately sabotaging DC😂😂😂

Oh god, such a bad cgi use, superman and lois is one of the best show till now of DC with awesome story line and cast and cgi, it completely feels like watching movie

Like I honestly would have wanted to see Lena and Lex actually battle it out and Lena do exactly what Lillian said and embrace her full strength. Also Andrea was a wasted character and they really should have utilized her powers more in that show especially in the battle. Like things were so predictable... Ugh.

Why did the Legion show up if they already knew the Super Friends were supposed to win?

Guardians sister takes out metallo with the old leap frog technique GTFOOH and Dreamers entrance to this series was the harbinger of death for the show. They do this with every single one of these shows its like they are self sabotaging.
