After having just closed out the first ever racing season with Supercharged Entertainment's karting league in a somewhat disappointing 4th place overall finish in the top Division (D1) by a mere 1 point over 3rd place's podium finish, qualified racers were invited back for an inaugural Supertrack (joint track layout) final event!
In an attempt to prove who was fastest of the bunch, 30 of the most highly competitive and talented racers in the area took to the massive combined track layout for an impressive amount of given track time to see who could click off the best times in the facilities history (thus far) while running at the maximum allowed power output & speed of the fantastic electric karts that are offered at this very exciting venue in Wrentham, MA.
While playing cat and mouse for the majority of this race at a thrilling average pace with league Manager David (who decided to run with us for fun in what was arguably the "best" kart in the building at the time, #60), I managed a Best Lap of 76.536. While I felt there was definitely room for improvement, my fast lap was still quick enough to put me 2nd fastest out of all regular season drivers that took part in the whole season and final event.
