Hi! SLA stands for Service Level Agreement. While we don't mention what the acronym stands for, we talk about what this means at 5:20. TikTok's new SLA requires that all orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. :)

@@Printify I am sorry but you have to talk about what SLA stands for and then talk about what it does. If you don't, a person can leave your webinar in a split second because everything he / she hears after that won't be really heard (it also creates upset) because that person is hang up in a misunderstood word. So when you talk about abbreviations, please always say what they are. They only take a second to say them. Thank you! :)

this was not helpful. they didn't address any issues with social media. no help with organically growing a following. they picked easy question for the Q&A. these stream more and more are just to share their affiliate links.
