I would use white paint. Those egg 🥚 shell bits are going to fall off.
I think I’d like it better without the toilet roll stand. Just as a base on the table. Could also use foraged real greenery

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but, as cute a "recycle" idea as that is, wouldn't it be wiser to sell the mint condition cds and buy some wooden disks instead? Then you'd even make a profit too
