If the hull is sound, and the mechanicals are in good order, this price is not bad. Of course, for an additional $1,000,000 you CAN get a nicer boat. If you can negotiate the price down to compensate for some cosmetics and the remodelling of some cabin space I think this could be a bargain.
£225,000 😮😮 Almost the same price as in 1993 when it was new. Sorry, but it's ridiculous.
