segoi11 the problem is yesung oppa have problem with his sleeping time, he cannot sleep for long. that is why it also affect his appetite. I hope he check his health regularly.

If you watch suju's shows these days you can see leeteuk kept telling him "you have to eat" and p much forced him to eat whenever yesung says no. In one particular episode, leeteuk and shindong said they felt happy when yesung was eating alot for once 😭😭

He used hammer fist instead of normal fist. Plus he's accurately target the center of the board. The board was not that solid actually. But with proper technique it can be broke easily.

No.. the his hammer fist's strength didn't actually come from his pure arm, elbow, and shoulder strength hit. Siwon 's method was just very efficient. His huge step prep before the punch helped a lot in gaining momentum. He also bent his knees shortly after that, making use of gravity, then transferring the force to his hand. But the downward follow through of his hand which was pretty much overkill. He could have hurt his hand with the floor. He must have been surprised himself on how easy it was for him
