They would have such a weird relationship with him. ATHF co-creator Dave Wilils would then co-write the episode "New Kidney In Town", but then in a future ATHF episode, they sort of make fun of Seth doing the Flintstones reboot (that never happened).

I love that Meatwad used 'Aphids' as the bugs that are eating shake...

Fun fact: it's established that there were no sports questions on the trivia night that they bring Carl. However, you can see on the answer sheet "Biff Pocoroba" is listed. Biff was a baseball player, which seems like a sports question! I chatted with Jay Wade Edwards (editor/producer on Aqua Teen responsible for the answer sheet seen in the episode) and Jay told me he fought for Biff to be included and carries a Biff Pocoroba baseball card in his wallet :)
