I had a silver 1979 Ford F-250 that was a great truck... other than the silver paint giving out on the hood.

Nothing like a big block Ford! Especially when in a 1975-1979 F series.

I had a 1979 F-250 special ordered from the factory, great truck! Now the silver paint over time, that was a different story.

I had an '88 Ford F350 4x4 dumptruck 7.2L that served us well over 22 years of landscaping, other than burning out the first couple catalytic converters when it was new.

Not enough grip, too much rpm.

Last truck pull I videod had mostly Ram trucks.

Pullers in this class (and whatever the equivalent in other areas) have some of the nicest looking smog era trucks out there IMO

Huge disappointment after driving all the way up to the fair last night to learn the Thursday truck pulls, 'run what ya brung' 4x4, hot farm tractors, and big modified semi trucks event had been cancelled due to heavy rains earlier in the day. Glad I was at least able to video this truck pull and the other Tuesday pulling events.

Ford running gear... Nothing better.

Is 20.0 final gear ratio ok for 800 h.p. ???
