Super Street Fighter IV 3DS - Akuma : Demon Armageddon【TAS】

This my second video from this game. Don't forget this video was recorded on an emulator which it owns tool assisted. The version of this game for 3DS is good and well ported. Unfortunately some combos that I performed SSFIV PC version do not work at all here. Some infinite combos or loops were fixed and tried them, but I did'nt manage anything. If I find a way on how to do them in this version, I will most definitely give it another try. Here you can't cancel HP or HK into special moves as you can in other versions. On one hand, super combos are cancelable but on the other hand, ultras don't. I would like to show more interesting stuff from akuma but that's what I got for now. Hopefully you liked it. I forgot how funny the English voices are. From Gen's weird High Screams, M.Bisons wheezing, EVERYTHING DAVE MALLOW/AKUMA SAYS. Truly, English Voice Acting at it's finest.

Es juego si tenia un doblaje en ingles bastante malo. Personajes como Sakura, Gen, Bison, Zangief se oian muy mal, lo bueno es que mejoraron la direccion de doblaje en posteriores entregas.
This TAS got gokui moving like its Marvel Vs Capcom, nice stuff.

I honestly feel like Capcom hard carried the 3ds at certain points. I mean Nintendo released a few bangers, but they mainly felt like "portable" versions of console games. Capcom straight up released home console quality games and ports back to back. Street fighter 4, 2 resident evil games, 4 monster hunter games, etc.

I must say… for a 3ds port, this game looks fantastic. 🥹 Though you can tell the background and other ancillary effects have been scaled down to conserve resources for the main models/animations. 🤔 Great TAS as always SDR. You’re a legend good sir. 🤓

That is so kind of you :D. You are amazing. Regarding the background, I wish I could that they had a least 2 frames of interaction just because it's kind of depressing you play a game like sfiv where the background is always static. However, it is still way better than the mobile version. Not all combos that you see in PS3 or Pc versions work, only the basic one. When I was tasing, I tested the same combos in the PC version, for example, Akuma's loop s.lp +HK. In the PC version, you have to be very precise to perform it because you have one frame to carry out against Sagat, Zangief, Seth, and rufus, ( it always works on those characters). The 3DS, this "one frame" is random on the other hand. It might work or not work combo even if you hit the same frame for performing it. That was disappointing because I would like to do a 86 hit combo but I couldn't. Sorry for the composition lol.

Is looping s.lp to HK tighter than linking Boxer’s Dash Uppercut to jab on PC? I thought that was one frame too?🤔 Though that 1 frame being random is insane for Akuma.

I am going to check both characters and check who has better combos in this port. Sakura has A kind of infinite in pc versión but i am quite sure that they removed it for 3DS. Makoto seems to be a regular one for both games. I will look into these characters first ;)

O nome do emu é citra, eu vi no tasvideos um membro de postando um TAS de ocarina of time e eu comecei a pesquisar mais.. Esse emulador não muito bom, vou avisando. Se vice for tenta use a versão "canary" e a menos pior.

I have chun li, sakura and makoto in my list. I am studying these characters first, it will depend on what I can do with them in this version. So for the next video, you could see one of these characters or cody. ;)

I wonder why it is easy for you to play SF4 on an emulator compared to a actual 3ds. I guess if you play hardly on a console... It would break the buttons or joystick.
