The RO23 models were only for the 1967 gtx not the Satellites......
+Barry Peloquin A 1967 GTX was RS23 for hardtop or RS27 for convertible. The second digit denotes the price class of the car, in this case S stood for special. The price class O was reserved for the factory super stock cars, which in 1967 were converted low option Belvedere and (for Dodge) Coronet models. In 1968 the O price class was again used, but this time for the BO29 Barracuda fastback and LO23 Dart hardtop models.
