EASY Strawberry Cake Cookies Recipe

(PREHEAT OVEN TO 350)
INGREDIENTS (Yields approx. 32-40 Cookies)
- 2 Boxes of Strawberry Cake Mix ( I use Betty Crocker)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups of White Chocolate (3 cups if you want to put/drizzle some White Chocolate on top)
- 1 Bottle of Pink Sugar (3.7oz)
- 1/4 cup of Sugar
STEPS
COOKIE DOUGH
- Pour 2 boxes of Strawberry Cake Mix straight inside a bowl
- Next Add 4 eggs and 1 cup of Oil
- Stir for about 2-3mins ( or until you can form a cookie doughball in your hand)
- Next fold 2 cups of white chocolate inside dough and set dough aside.
SUGAR MIXTURE
- Grab a separate bowl and pour 1 Bottle (3.7oz) of pink sugar and 1/4 of white sugar inside bowl. Than mix
ASSEMBLE COOKIES
- Roll out one cookie dough ball (about 2 TBSP) and roll it into sugar mixture and than place on pan. (than repeat)
-(optional) sprinkle couple of white cholates on cookies or even white chocolate kisses
- Bake for 10-12 mins at 350 degrees. (COOKIES SHOULD NOT BE BROWN ON EDGES, do not overcook)
OPTIONAL STEPS
- When cookies are done baking drizzle some melted white chocolate to make it look nice and fancy
(about half cup of melted white chocolate)
