Today's recepie about almond tea cake..

Soft and cute cake
Ingredients
Flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 1/8th cup/ butter
Milk 1/8th cup
Egss 3
Sugar 1/3rd cup
almond essence
Beat egg white and sugar very well until it become super fluffy. Add 1/8 cup oil, milk and butter and 1 teaspoon of almond essence. Mix them well for 5 mins. Now stop the beating and add flour and baking powder in it. Mix it very well untill a running consistency is achievied as shown in video above. Pour the batter into cake mold. Placed in preheat pot and baked for 30 mins on light flame.
