This why you should wear a brain bucket like Kai Lenny. He wouldn’t be alive if he’d been surfing without one at the Pipe contest this year. It’s kooky, yah, but will save your life! Be safe!

Yea, I was filming on the beach when that happened. It was a decent sized wave, but it was a standard non-make that you see dozens of times a day. Helmets are becoming the norm now, thankfully
