Hauko serious. With the work NMS has done Nairobi is much better than a lot of capitals in Africa. 20 already commissioned hospitals, 8 almost done. Tarmac roads, clean water, good drainage and street lights in all slums. Tukuwe serious tafadhali. Nairobi has made serious progress under NMS.
