The Runabout series is pretty underrated. While these games are flawed with their unpredictable physics and short playtime, they are quite amusing. Super Runabout and Runabout 2 are the best ones to me. I do enjoy every game's surf rock soundtrack, though.

Finally an arcade racer with every vehicle genre
Checked this game out not long ago, pretty good
