Well played Force. The Drua just aren't as dangerous away from home. That was their real chance to crack into the top 8. A few more years will make a difference. Very promising signs.

Promising signs indeed...while they didnt score...their defence was improving with minimal offside penalties now unlike earlier in the season or the last season. Isak Leleiwasa needs to be in for aus or fiji should try getting him...speed on clearing the ruck and varying attack is really good....he way better tha Lomani

Just confirms the fact that the drua home field advantage plays a bigger part than the actual skill of the team for them to win a game. They’ve just looked absolutely awful away from home in every game. A truly impressive task to beat the crusaders and hurricanes, respect to them for that. But Losing all other games on average by 20-40 points, they’ve got a long way to go before becoming true contenders

Any other Refree would have gone for the TMO on the Druas 2nd try, but this Ref thinks he’s right. Even Byrne made a statement after match interview stating “im starting to wonder if this Match is Fixed”.😅😅😅. Too Bad for the Drua, the ausies team will always play 16 men to disrupt the Drua momentum😊

@@karlosdeevs They beat France because most of the players were Europe based especially in France. Radradra, Tuisova were feared in france not to mention Bill Mata and other forwards and backline players names were on the news every week because they were doing very well. Ikanivere is the only that stands out for the Drua that is on par with all the all blacks #2's in super rugby pacific.

Well played Force....Drua need to learn the hard way and matches like this will help them build on from here....however What a match by the Force..composed for most parts...what frustrated me though was four different interpretations of the same infringement at ruck by the ref.....it was the scrum...3 penalties at first to the drua....then he let the #9 use ball twice...then he blew three resets of the scrum and finally awarded two penalties to the force for the same play....no wonder rugby is on it's way down

It is frustrating to see drua drop the ball almost every time they run into opposition 22..so many knock onzzzzzz😢

As daunting as they´ve become on home turf, the Drua are genuinely diabolical on the road. Always full of running, but their set piece is amateurish, their structure on attack is a mess and their first up tackling, to say nothing of their defensive positioning, is often amazingly poor. Like some other clubs you could name, the Blues, Reds and Waratahs among them there´s plenty that can be fixed, as these are all trainable skills. However the question remains whether the coaches have the ability, or the players the willingness, to do the work that´s required.

The Force did what the Blues did, by applying pressure that made Drua make so many handling mistakes that prevented Drua playing their dangerous free flowing game

fijian players will do their best in every game, hopefully their players can stay injured free aswell, before the rwc tournament and also they got an warm up game aswell so they can all be ready for fiji national rugby team

Rugby starting to get boring with all the rolling mauls. I agree with John Kirwan on the breakdown if they kick it out they lose the throw in to the lineout.

Drua only good at home

Lomani was throwing the ball all over the place, teti tela was at his very worst as usual and eroni sau is no longer the sledgehammer. It was such a great opportunity to seal the quarter final but so many mistakes. It was like watching a horror movie.

Fortunately with the youngsters IAR and Isikeli Rabitu alongside Kemu Valetini and Caleb Muntz, 2024 looks promising now that Tela has retired and even Lomani might move offshore in the coming seasons from what I heard.

Consistency is not a strong feat for Pacific Islanders rugby..somedays are good and other days are poor. Surely there is method to improve this mindset...

TMO in rugby works so well, why can't they get their heads around it in footie/soccer

I'd give the Drua three or four seasons to improve on the road now that they're exceptionally good at home despite that one win in Auckland against Moana Pasifika. A pity they just couldn't take their chances with those mishandled passes and other stuffed up basics.

in my opinion, the Moana Pasifika play better than the Drua despite not winning any games this season so far...... I believe the MF deserve an award/trophy for being the most improved side this season just for their close losses.....

Fiji are very average away from home

Yes, the Drua are still better at home than on the road. But for those who say they don't see improvement in a result like this are not looking at the facts, IMO. FEW teams can come west and win well. Just ask the Crusaders in the Force's first year. Drua scored a try from lineout time and actually defended the maul as well as can be right now under the current laws. Are they still learning? Yes. But they ARE learning. Fast. I'd be scared of them if they can sneak in.

Drua can be strong at home .. But soon all those old experience team will be no match for them home or away..heads up DRUA

Vinaka na qito Drua. One point of view from what I have seen on this game. Drua hasn't gotten the confidence from the starting whistle. When going in the match with half heart. It's hard to win the match. Frank Lomani, you missed the plot, mate, to many mistakes from you, man. Lose carry is still the problem. Good luck with future games. GO DRUA 😒😒😒😒

Druas downfall was the choices bad decisions when it came to the squads lineup. Where was kemu valentini ? They bench him way too much when he was the reason they beat crusaders and hurricanes because of his accurate conversions and penalty kicks.

Should get Isa Nacewa to coach either the backline or attack coach...Nacewa brings alot of experience playing in champion teams like Blues and Leinster...hes fijian and will understand how to fine tune that Fijian flair..
