Yeah, its even better when you realize that the enemy the getter team was an active threat that attacked the world in its entirety, not just one city like in eva....Its still my favorite thing ever that the Getter team doesnt get depressed pretty much at all, even at the end where they could just call it a day and go back to earth to regain strength, they just went and fought to the end

At least it would be had Asuka not thrown it at their faces and the Eva pilots came up with their own plan making the Getter team speech pointless

Well, I still think Ryoma should throw the Getter Tomahawk at them, make them run a few laps around the city, it would be good for them, waste up all that energy, make Asuka stop talking because she's too tired to talk just so Ryoma wouldn't be sassed at, it would be a win-win.

Haha, the Eva trio deconstruct Getter team's own teamwork with their own brand. Neat.

To be fair, they did get lecture after lecture of Hot Blooded tips on teamwork. Kinda the equivalent to 'hit it till it works', but hey, something finally clicked. :U

@@FonsecaI0I That is teamwork, though, as long as Asuka actually let them instead of making it harder than it needs to be. Each of them had different strenghts, and unlike Shoryu, Shikinami really is, by far, the ace pilot (and, frankly, much less of a mess). Shinji may have the potentially strongest Eva of the trio, but outside of awakenings, the 02 IS the production type, and speciallized in combat. And Rei does have the less developed Eva. So having the ace with the, in paper, strongest robot on the front (like, by example, Koji and Mazinger), followed by the one who can analyze the situation and cover the attacker (Sayaka and Venus) and a back up to help *when* (not if) things go south (Boss and BBorot) is a sound strategy. I would have given examples with the getter team, but they work differently.

You are dead wrong on that lol. Each pilots of Getter team can function independently and make their own finisher. They are literally the most powerful trio in term of teamwork.

Ryoma would be an awesome dad towards Shinji omg

​@@GTExia that's what sets apart Evangelion from normal super robot shows: in regular Super Robot anime the characters overcome their flaws; in Evangelion the characters succumb to their flaws. Eva is probably the only anime with inverse character growth.

That Eva teamwork reminds me of the time they battled the Spider-like Angel.

That main theme from SRW alpha Eva is awesome. 16:23 "Be a man Shinji!" Heh if only it were that easy. I love how Asuka just starts being an ass to Boss and the Getter team. Could have used way more of that Asuka charm in the story.

@Santiago Scarpino The bright slap is a just an annoying overrated meme. Bright isn't that much of a good character when we analyse him, he is beyond flawed.

@@Palpad100 Not really. The slap per se may be a bit of a burned meme, yes, but he is a competent commander and, more importantly, knows how to teach discipline to unruly reclutes in a military unit. Amuro was being a child for worse reasons than Shinji, and while the slap is what the fandom says made him change, it was just a part of it, to make him listen to Bright. Of course, as a person he *is* flawed, but not many can argue with his skills as a commander.

@@lenlimbo - Bright has a good reason to be flawed anyway. He was thrust into the commander’s role when he was just an officer candidate in his young 20s. He’s _bound_ to get something wrong as he was essentially learning the rest as he goes.

Yes, you'll need card of that PSN region and it's not too pricey to get all the DLC. Play Asia has card codes about the standard cost of cards you'd fine elsewhere for whatever region you're in.

Jamil. Trained a non-Newtype to become a boss, can train the EVA pilots to synch. Probably. Zechs is good too Maybe a Bright slap will work as well but if it's in game, definitely Sousuke's bootcamp will whip them all into shape as a non-gundam teacher.

@Santiago Scarpino I'd Say Setsuna, Tieria, and Allelujah would work as well seeing as those three used to have a hard time working together, especially Tieria and Setsuna, but they learned to work together as well during the fight against the thrones

Never and for good reasons. However, you can order it via Amazon or any other site, make yourself a Singapore PS Account and download all the DLC. AND SINCE IT'S IN ENGLISH, THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO USE ANY TRANSLATION PROGRAMS OR WIKI SITES.

Still region locked unless you either a) make a new account which allows you to download it (which is kinda counter-productive when you actually really want the game on your actual account) or b) pirating it, but you actually want to support the devs yet the licensing nightmare blocks them from making the game not be region-locked.
