Gridman was the biggest shock for my play through as he was my gateway to learning about each series and their mechs. It also helps that UNION is such a hype and beautiful theme so bless the SRW team for bringing him in!

I've never heard about Gridman before SRW30...but when I heard the first second of this BGM I was full of hype !

Just discovered this series due to SRW30. Am I the only one who gets serious OMORI vibes from Akane's entire situation? I wish I had any confidence in my writing ability because I'm getting flashes of an Omori/Gridman AU where Sunny (and possibly Basil) are deluded by Alexis while Mari becomes Gridwoman to save the people of Faraway, completely unaware that the reality she fights against is the only thing keeping her in a semblance of life. Mari's transformed state would be similar to the original Gridman, but with a mostly-black monochrome colorscheme and Something's eye in place of the face, as Gridman!Mari is a flaw in Sunny's dreamworld similar to the original Gridman and Something.

SSSS Gridman is basically Gaogaigar if you think about it. One guy fused with an alien and he combined with the other robot parts to become a giant robot.

I immediately swapped this out for Yume No Hero Can't beat the classic Toku theme finally being in an SRW

Ironically Toku series used to be part of Banpresto's combined multiverse series back in the Famicom days but licensing prob made it too difficult to continue it, glad though that we finally see Tsuburiya returning back. Now all we need is Toei to return with Kamen Rider and we would have the iconic Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and Gundam trio back in unison.
