Wow, talk about a test of ones piping skills! But wouldn't it have been easier to pipe the entire top row, etc instead of having to reach over the bottom rows and risk smearing them?

Love watching you make these adorable macarons!! Hope you have Happy Holidays Sugar Bean !! & Just a thought for the future if you dont mind. You know how you no longer show the whole process at the beginning of heating/ whipping the meringue? I think it would also make sense to take out the oven part as well. Mostly b/c its something those of us that watch your channel regularly skip passed now since we have seen it so many times. Or maybe just shorten it to just when the macarons puff up for those that like to see that part. Again just a suggestion/ thought... 😊
