SUPER RARE MOMENTS IN BASEBALL!!!! - Normal looking home run... slightly better than average catch... a guy fell down while swinging the bat... a routine double play... guy gets hit by pitch... common errors...

One of the rarest baseball moments I've seen is a batter making two plate appearances in the same inning without the team scoring a run. It happened in the opening game of the 2003 season between the Angels and Indians. Can you figure out how it happened?
