Super Quick and Easy Bibingkang Malagkit/Patok pang negosyo at meryenda

Ingredients:
For the rice:
1 1/2 C glutinous rice
1 C water
1 1/2 C coconut milk
3/4 C white sugar
Pandan leaf (optional)
- Cook the glutinous rice with water, coconut milk and pandan leaf. Bring to a boil. While stirring reduce the heat to low, remove the pandan leaf and add the white sugar. Once cooked, transfer the rice to a baking dish and set it aside.
For the Caramel Topping:
1 1/2 C coconut milk
1 C brown sugar
- In a pan, combine the coconut milk and brown sugar altogether. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat. Stir until it thickens. Pour topping over the rice and bake at high temp(220C) for an hour.
Let it cool and serve.

Hight temp ko po nilalagay usually 220 C, mga 1 hour din po mhigit, mas mganda po malapit tlga, directly s heat.. Need nio lang po bantayan pra di masunog
