I had two eggs for breakfast with pepper jack cheese, low carb bread toasted in the same frying pan as the eggs, spread butter and cream cheese on the bread slices, Later in the day I had mixed nuts and a pear as snack then, I skipped lunch. For dinner, I had chicken, with eggplant and whitefish spread. Lastly, for dessert, I had a few scoops of lactose free ice cream and yogurt with red grapes and blueberries! Thanks for asking! I hope the administrator, the cameraperson, Uncle Dad, and Cutis are, did, and will eat well and have a great week/weekend! :)
